We have been to Buca di Beppo in Universal City three times now, and every visit has been fantastic. The food is phenomenal and the service is consistently top-tier.

Our first visit was in the bar area, where Moises was our server/bartender—he was amazing. Manager Mario also stopped by and made us feel very welcome. On our second visit, we sat upstairs and were taken care of by Misael, who was great and very respectful. Manager Brittany was also very attentive and checked in on us.

On our third visit, we were back in the bar area and Moises was once again our server. His consistency, professionalism, and great attitude really stand out. Brittany was also excellent once again.

It’s truly a pleasure dining at this location. Great food, outstanding service, and a team that clearly cares about the guest experience. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

Moises at Buca di Beppo in Universal Hollywood Studios is hands down one of the most generous, best waiter and bartender ever. His service goes above and beyond every single time: attentive, friendly, and genuinely cares about making the experience amazing.

This is our third time coming here in less than a month, and honestly, we keep coming back just because of the excellent service Moises provides. He makes us feel welcomed, remembered, and taken care of from start to finish. The food is also amazing! Good family ambience too.

If you’re visiting Buca di Beppo at Universal Hollywood, ask for Moises! He’s one of the reason this place deserves five stars and then some. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Food wasn't hot/fresh except a couple items. I think it's very overpriced for what you get. Food is probably sitting for a while/made in anticipation of being ordered, not made fresh when ordered.
