Food was terrible, minimum choice of food , waiter Maria awful service. I ordered wine and repeated 5 times.when I asked why wine is so late reply was braise she needs to send message to a bar and her boss. When she brought wine we finished eating already. And about 4 times I asked to change plates.
Utensils were dirty and with scraps of food.
Never go here

I used to go to this seafood buffet 20 years ago and it was so much different. I brought my wife for Valentine’s Day last night and was so disappointed. The food was subpar. The atmosphere was very obnoxious, the service was subpar. You had to wait a while to get your plates cleaned from the table, which was annoying because you need room for a new food dishes. The food is nothing like it used to be. Very disappointed in the food quality and the health grade probably should not be an A.
The only one that was nice there was the hostess and the gentleman cutting prime rib. All the other staffers and cooks and servers seemed like they did not want to be there. Also, they were running about 30 minutes late for reservations made with a deposited credit card weeks ago.

I was disappointed from this place i had high regards from the pics and reviews. I went on a Friday for dinner the day before valentines. I dont know if these pics are from special occasions or special events and thats why theres so much food, im giving it two stars just because of the great waiters staff, and cooks. Very friendly, and attentive. Nothing was stocked they have pics with a bunch of lobsters, I had to request for mine, in a line. The crabs are cold wich they can warm up if you request. No lines of sushi rolls to pick from, they only had 4 individually sliced rolls. I saw no bread or rolls. No tabasco mini Bottles on the oysters. They had dessert not as much as the pics, saw none of those fruit custard mini pies, no cup mousse desserts. For almost $200 because they add gratuity about $40, for two people I expected to see everything in the buffet that I saw in those pics.

So this was a long time coming, and we finally had the time to go and try this spot out and I will admit everything was Toptier and fresh (except the cakes and a few pastries) but overall everything was delicious and some of the meats were perfectly cooked… now all that said 3 ppl 530$? At this point it’s really all up to how hungry and if you’re celebrating anything other than that I can see why it was empty inside on a Friday night

Although the price may be daunting, I very much so believe it is very well worth it. Everything there is beyond incredible. Any sort of food one craves, they have it. The servers are beyond hospitable to the point they make one feel at home. I highly recommend this place and I believe it is well worth the investment of the experience of it all.

This place used to be so good but it’s definitely changed. I paid 360 for three people and the food was average, maybe even sub par. No longer worth the money. I will not be coming back. There are so many other places to try

Poor service by main server/waiter, had to ask several times for the main waiter to clear our tables. I mean if you're paying $139 per person, you'd think it's automatic for them to refill your glasses of water. The food was lackluster, the fish used for the sashimi was on the warmer side, sushi pieces looked dry, the New York steak was rubbery, the lamb tasted like ...well not lamb, the horseradish for the steak tasted like sour cream with no kick to it. The pork belly, I forget the name of the dish, was dry. On top of that, a 15 percent facility charge was mandatory to the final table bill. Overall, I wouldn't be coming back to this place, this place used to have better service and food except for the unlimited lobster prior to the pandemic.

Food was good, I asked one of the guys at the food station for some crushed garlic and he went and found me some. I really appreciated that! There should be other sauces and seasonings available other than just butter , so customers can season their seafood to their taste. Service was excellent and there were quite a bit of food options. Our family of 5 enjoyed it .

We took mother to celebrate her 90th birthday, and she had a wonderful time. Our server and the live entertainment teamed up to make her feel special. Pavel Roberts at the carving station arranged for someone in the kitchen to take us on a tour of the entire buffet to accommodate her food allergies and Pavel generally hosted our experience at the food stations. The overall experience was worth the price, and Mom looks forward to coming back.

Definitely not worth the money. $140 per person and the food was all overcooked for some reason. The prime rib was completely dry. The crab/lobster was also dry and didn't have much flavor. If this was $70 per person I wouldn't complain but for the price this is not worth it.

I had gone a few years ago for a social Christmas brunch. It was amazing. My daughter was in town and I wanted to have a special dinner. Bad idea. The seafood was dry, she couldn't even eat the king crab legs because they were overcooked and hard. Over $800 bill, I don't expect the seafood to be overcooked and inedible. Very disappointed. You can get better seafood at a Chinese buffet. Better yet, the food at Hogsmeade would have been better. Avoid at all costs. Such a waste of money.
