Honestly, 5 stars for convenience and customer service is always pleasant, but they could work on some areas. 1. The food is limited. Went at 7, and they were already out of the $15 ham and cheese pretzel croissant sandwiches. And they've been out of the egg bites each day I've gone. With that said, my kiddos did enjoy the sandwich when I was able to secure one for them. The price is pretty steep, but I understand it is in a hotel in Los Angeles. I just wish they stocked up more since families tend to eat early before heading to Universal Studios. 2. We were here for all-day workshops, so we would have spent more money on the hotel if the coffee corner stayed open past 1130am. A lot of us ended up having to have food/coffee delivered. Ambiance - hotel. Overall, 4/5... Review 002 for 2024

They serve Starbucks coffee but aren’t affiliated with the coffee shop itself. But they can make all the same drinks or pretty close to it. My coffee has been 100% perfect every time. Staff is fast and friendly.

The restaurant is awesome! Went today and going tomorrow! Fresh GF pancakes! Both my kids love it! Also they serve GF bread as well! Located inside the Hilton hotel! Our server Ismael was exceptional!

Opens at 6:30a and serves Starbucks. No small sized drinks - medium and large only. FYI: iced drinks can only be made in size medium. Great for a coffee fix or quick bite - but also be prepared for sticker shock.

Small coffee shop inside the Hilton Universal (in the lobby). I went here to grab an easy breakfast for my family on a Monday morning. It was pretty busy when I went but there were a few people working and it went about as quick as a Starbucks.Prices are pretty high, spent $80 on three sandwiches, coffee, and chocolate milk. Food was good for sure, not crazy about the prices, but what can you do when you’re on vacation.

They used to have great food. We haven’t been here in awhile. We came here to celebrate an anniversary but the flavors and quality of cooking have sadly deteriorated. The chefs here need to go to a real Las Vegas buffet. We just came from The Wynn Buffet about a week ago, now THAT is really an exquisite experience for the palate; the art of cooking mastered and elevated. It is not too late for Cafe Sierra though, re-training can always be done to bring back the glory days. The price is too expensive for food that is very lousy. The service however is spot on, attentive and friendly.

I love Buffets! I have eaten at Indian Casinos, Vegas, and local places around town. I love to eat. Yes normally Buffets are expensive. Know that going in. And this one is too!! If you love seafood then this is the one. I was hoping for more Nationalities. A little more Mexican, Italian to be mixed in, but there wasnt. Very little American Prime rib, veggies and dessert cakes. I heard they have a donut bar did not see it tonight. Thought it was fun that they had popcorn and the ice cream was like a take off of Cold Stone Creamery with the with Ice Counter Top. Did love the Crepes. I will not go back for dinner since it is mostly seafood, if you like love seafood I think its worth a visit. If you are willing to pay. I would like to see what breakfast is like?

Cafe Sierra is a great place to to eat breakfast lunch or dinner. The buffet is one of the best out there. Jose was exceptionally great. Thanks to all.

The staff at Cafe Sierra are all so very nice, helpful & greet you with a smile! We had breakfast here twice (we were staying in the hotel) and went to their Seafood & Prime Rib Buffet on Friday night. Breakfast was great! The first morning I didn't want to eat too much so ordered the avocado toast. It was delicious - egg cooked perfectly, a good portion of avocado on whole grain toast. It was exactly what I needed before hitting Universal Studios. The 2nd morning we did the breakfast buffet. I rolled out soooooooo full but it was great! Omelets made to order, waffles & pancakes made to order as well. Along with everything else under the sun: chow mein, fried rice, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, doughnut bar, oatmeal...pretty much you name it, they had it! If you are ready for a hearty breakfast, it was well worth the price ($30). Now unfortunately that is not how I felt about the seafood buffet. It wasn't bad per se, but I don't feel it was worth the money and I wouldn't go a second time. The crab was super salty, the lobster was tough, you could practically see through the slice of prime rib and so on. For $69 plus tip, it wasn't worth the money. But I do have to say, the staff are all wonderful so we tipped on their service, not the food quality.

We had our Girls Golf Team end of the season banquet in the Hiro Room, adjacent to the prime rib and seafood buffet. The set up, service, and hospitality were terrific. Efran and Shawna were there every step of the way to make this event memorable for our families, coaches, and administrators. Many parents complimented the wide assortment of food and our kids definitely enjoyed the desserts. A total Win-Win! Score! There is a sushi bar which serves hand rolls and cut slices of sushi, tuna, etc. There are two ice cream areas. A dispenser for sundaes and the other area is similar to Coldstone Creamery where the kids go wild.

The reason why I think it's the best seafood buffet in LA is bc it has steamed Maine lobster AND King Crab legs as much as one can eat of them. The buffet is only available on the weekends from 6-9pm at a cost of $60/per person but if one eats 3 lobsters it's paid for itself.

This was an outstanding seafood buffet, very similar to a Las Vegas buffet. The whole lobster and shrimp fried rice were noteworthy.
