Yummy! I really loved their sandwiches especially the one with pastrami. Very good although I wish there would be more sauce added. Service was remarkable the gentleman was very kind in explaining to me how big the sandwiches and he was right I was going to get a small. He told me to upgrade to medium and showed me the size on an example board. Thank you! I enjoyed that you can add toppings to their sandwiches they had on their menu. Very clean place plenty of seating on the outside of restaurant.

I was there before a movie I ask for a small fire steak sub I paid $ 7.69 all what I got was less than 3 inches piece of bread and may be a spoon of meat not fare service good

By far the best sub place I've ever had. We've been going to another location which is a bit of a drive for us and it's nice that this one is in CityWalk. Just sucks if you want to get a quick bite from here but not have to deal with parking and all that.Absolutely delicious and the worker was very nice. I ended up getting my usual, Engineer and although I ate it about an hour or so later, it was still amazing. Love the texture of the toppings mixed with the softness of the bread. The restaurant was clean and empty. They had an easily accessible pick up window as well. Great music playing and super chill vibes. Lots of places to sit around here, inside and outside. This is basically a treat for us since it's not as easily accessible but definitely can't wait to come back! IG: @ammysalamii

I ordered the Jamaican j*** chicken and I was not pleased. It lacked flavor and was poorly put together. Maybe because it's the weekday and laziness but my boyfriends sandwich had onions that were so big from lack of cutting them down. This is located upstairs from city walk so the ambiance on a weekday is cool for June afternoon. Make sure to bring napkins to clean the table tops off and everyone around here is pretty quiet so makes for a chill environment. Overall I give this place 2.5 stars out of 5 just for the lack of serving the food nicely and preparing to well. There are so many other places right next to it to eat life you like fast food as well.

Located on the second level in City Walk. The place is small no indoor dining. Their sandwiches are freshly made on warm toasted bread. I got the hook & ladder which is good Turkey, Ham and cheese. The guy working today was cool and bubbly. Overall good sandwiches here i would recommend this for a quick meal if you don't want to eat inside Universal.
We picked up dinner here on our way back into the park one evening. I'd never eaten Firehouse subs before, but had heard great things from Gluten free IG influencers. I was excited to try and was not disappointed! This was the best GF bun/roll that I've ever had! I like that they label the items, so there's no guessing which sandwich belongs to who. Can't wait to eat again at one locally. Wish there was one closer in my area.

Ordered online at Doordash, where they suddenly make it optional and ask you to 'check' to add all the ingredients on a sandwich. Not 'check to remove.' This might be a Door Dash issue. But someone at this store decided this was okay to send for a $38 order. Instead of at least calling to confirm. Thats not cool.
