Busy Hard Rock Cafe just a few minutes walk from Universal Studio Hollywood. Professional staff and clean facility. Food was the same good quality we have received at other HRC locations. We didn’t have a reservation but we did have a “priority seating coupon” from our Rewards Membership. Estimated wait time without a reservation was 1 hour but we were seated within 10 mins. We highly recommend.

Quite new, modern Hard Rock, with cool moving car statue in the middle, above the bar. It is located on a side, close from entrance to Universal Studios, among other restaurants. This one did not have this exclusive feeling, however staff was friendly and fast, and of course food tasteful as always. I had a good feeling about this one. Even could pay with apple pay, which later I realized, that in USA its still something special and super rare.

Right off of the 101 Freeway. Plenty of parking connected to Universal City Walk. Safe and clean. There is plenty of things to do when you visit. A lot of dining options from sushi to fast food. There is entertainment at magic store, comedy club, and a movie theater.

Great for many reasons. Universal Studios stores are accessible without entering the parks. There are some good restaurants and the IMAX movie theater helps reduce the cost of parking by validation.

On one of our visits to Universal CityWalk Hollywood, we had lunch at the Hard Rock Café there. The food and service were not so good and everything was super expensive. The only good things here are the memorabilia. I liked the Def Leppard and Motley Crue stuff and the giant Van Halen guitar at the outdoor entrance was pretty awesome.

Doesn't matter whether you are alone or with your family or friends a lot of fun and varieties of delicious foods are waiting for you. Many big brands are here. You can shop around, enjoy movies , clubs and the taste of your favourite food, icecream, beverages.

Got here early, easy access from parking lot and plenty to see and do. Make sure to visit the city walk at night time for a whole other experience. Jurassic is first parking available and always full. You enter from 3rd floor so try to drive up a little. Have fun

Good security makes you feel safe. Parking fee of $27 is atrocious. Only the fancy restaurants validate. What if i spend a lot at another store? Why don't they validate?

This is the entrance walkway into Universal Studios. Great stroll with a variety of good restaurants, shops and dessert places. Most, if not everyone here are tourist just having a great time. Safe clean area for family and kids. Ours boys loved the place!
Lots of fun whether you're on a date night family night or tourist visiting. Plenty of food options Both sit down and fast food restaurants. We especially like the Karl Strauss Restaurant. Whether you have a sweet tooth or want a drink you can find it all here. You can buy jerseys at the Dodger store and for those of us nerds there's a comic book store.

I was kind of hesitant to go here. It's been so many years since i've been to a hard rock cafe. I'm glad we had dinner here after the park. the staff was very friendly & accommodating & the cheeseburger was excellent.

Food was good. Service was average. My wife had steak salad which she loved. I had legendary burger which was pretty dry...tried to ask for side of mayo, but our waiter spent about 5 minutes talking with another employee with his back to us. He was friendly and nice enough, just not very attentive. A manager ended up coming by later to see how everything was, but by that time we were done with food and just ready to get out of there.

Horrible! Do not go there! Waited over an hour for food. Complained to 3 people. Had to ask for absolutely everything including glasses for our bottled water that took 45 minutes. We came here due to the reviews too.

As frequent visitors to Hard Rock we were pleased to see that this was as cool as all the others we have been to. The staff, as always, we very accommodating and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. Music playing, but not too loud to be intrusive, and the decor tells it's own story. Visited the shop for a shot glass - as is the custom for me - and got into a lengthy conversation with the guys behind the counter. Both full of interesting and amusing anecdotes about stars they have seen in and around City Walk.
