Stopped here for an evening dessert before bed during our stay at the Sheraton. It was a nice atmosphere. Server was friendly and funny. I had a delicious lava cake. It was the perfect portion.

Solid drinks, recommend the Stunt Coordinator. Good views of the pool, plenty of seating.They seem to run on limited staff for the amount of area to cover, so be prepared to wait.

The stay here was perfect, staff were really friendly, specially at the breakfast area, the food there was delicious, the parking is close and convenient (not free), the shuttle to Universal was free and comes by 15 minutes exactly and drops you off at Universal city walk, the drivers are the best, the gift shop was also very convenient and nice, it has everything we needed and the bar offers basic Starbucks drinks, elevators were fast, the only weird thing that happened was that the room across from us smelled like weed and when we complained they came immediately and said that they can’t do anything but to “tell the guests staying across from us that it’s not allowed if we ever see them in the hall” which we would never do, that’s not our job. This hotel was also very close to Warner Brothers tour

Hotel was great to celebrate our son’s birthday at Universal Studios. Pool was nice with all the Floaties and games they have available for kids to use. Club lounge staff were very nice to treat my son to a birthday treat on his special day. Thanks Linda, Albino and Angie.

The hotel was conveniently located and family friendly. Rooms were clean and service was excellent. We stayed a weekend to enjoy the park and had two connecting rooms for a family of four. I would definitely stay again.

We always stay here! It allows us a chance to go to City Walk and it is easy to get to the highways we need. Yet, one of the main reasons we stay here is because of the staff! Genesis, Tristen, Jury & Quinten were amazing, attentive, kind and friendly!!! Always a smile , a willingness to help anyone! Sharing a story or a recipe! Kindness, it is why we come here!!! We want Marriott to continue to hire these types of individuals and treasure them like we do!

Great job by DJ Helen Sandra. Nice food. Excellent service. Clean facilities. TV inside lounge was a great touch. Friendly service. Unexpected benefit. Did not know there is a lounge with free hors d’ouvers.

Helen, Sandra and Matthew were great. We spent some time in the Club Lounge and they all provided excellent service. Friendly, timely, making it a great experience. We will be back soon and hopefully get the same team servicing us. Thank you team! Great job!

Staff was attentive to us all the time. We got an upgrade in our room. Clean and comfy amenities. Nice property to stay in. Beds and furniture looks modern, new. Clean sheets. Breakfast is really good.

Jesse, the concierge at Sheraton Universal Hotel, went out of his way to assist me with locating a lost item that was left at a previous hotel that I was staying at. He kindly phoned the other hotel and persevered until he got through to the relevant department. Jesse very thoughtfully followed up until the issue was resolved. The item is a CPAP machine, imperative for my sleep apnoea, hence the urgency and importance of getting it back swiftly! Superb service! Thank you Jesse!! :)

I was town just one night for business and had a great experience at the Sheraton Club. Wide selection for breakfast and it was all delicious. Great service from the entire staff but especially DJ Albino!

Me and my family just came back from a trip to Universal Studios and we decided to stay at the Sheraton Universal Hotel. The rooms that we booked included club lounge access which came with complimentary breakfast. My husband started speaking to one of the workers, Alvino and casually mentioned that it was his birthday. Next thing we know Alvino and a few other workers were greeting us with a birthday cheesecake. It was a very kind gesture and our grandchildren enjoyed the cheesecake. Thank you Angie, Linda, and Alvino for adding another fun memory to our trip. My kids and grandkids all agree that Sheraton Universal Hotel will be our go to hotel when coming to Universal Studios.

I dined here recently with my parents while they were visiting from out of town and we didn’t feel like driving anywhere or hoofing it to CityWalk. Came for the convenience, came back for the food and hospitality. Great menu, great prices, and Juni our server went above and beyond, providing us better service than I’ve received in any CityWalk establishment. If you’re staying at the Sheraton (or even the Hilton next door), I would absolutely recommend In The Mix.
