The stay here was perfect, staff were really friendly, specially at the breakfast area, the food there was delicious, the parking is close and convenient (not free), the shuttle to Universal was free and comes by 15 minutes exactly and drops you off at Universal city walk, the drivers are the best, the gift shop was also very convenient and nice, it has everything we needed and the bar offers basic Starbucks drinks, elevators were fast, the only weird thing that happened was that the room across from us smelled like weed and when we complained they came immediately and said that they can’t do anything but to “tell the guests staying across from us that it’s not allowed if we ever see them in the hall” which we would never do, that’s not our job. This hotel was also very close to Warner Brothers tour

Hotel was great to celebrate our son’s birthday at Universal Studios. Pool was nice with all the Floaties and games they have available for kids to use. Club lounge staff were very nice to treat my son to a birthday treat on his special day. Thanks Linda, Albino and Angie.

The hotel was conveniently located and family friendly. Rooms were clean and service was excellent. We stayed a weekend to enjoy the park and had two connecting rooms for a family of four. I would definitely stay again.

We always stay here! It allows us a chance to go to City Walk and it is easy to get to the highways we need. Yet, one of the main reasons we stay here is because of the staff! Genesis, Tristen, Jury & Quinten were amazing, attentive, kind and friendly!!! Always a smile , a willingness to help anyone! Sharing a story or a recipe! Kindness, it is why we come here!!! We want Marriott to continue to hire these types of individuals and treasure them like we do!

Staff was attentive to us all the time. We got an upgrade in our room. Clean and comfy amenities. Nice property to stay in. Beds and furniture looks modern, new. Clean sheets. Breakfast is really good.

Jesse, the concierge at Sheraton Universal Hotel, went out of his way to assist me with locating a lost item that was left at a previous hotel that I was staying at. He kindly phoned the other hotel and persevered until he got through to the relevant department. Jesse very thoughtfully followed up until the issue was resolved. The item is a CPAP machine, imperative for my sleep apnoea, hence the urgency and importance of getting it back swiftly! Superb service! Thank you Jesse!! :)

Me and my family just came back from a trip to Universal Studios and we decided to stay at the Sheraton Universal Hotel. The rooms that we booked included club lounge access which came with complimentary breakfast. My husband started speaking to one of the workers, Alvino and casually mentioned that it was his birthday. Next thing we know Alvino and a few other workers were greeting us with a birthday cheesecake. It was a very kind gesture and our grandchildren enjoyed the cheesecake. Thank you Angie, Linda, and Alvino for adding another fun memory to our trip. My kids and grandkids all agree that Sheraton Universal Hotel will be our go to hotel when coming to Universal Studios.

I dined here recently with my parents while they were visiting from out of town and we didn’t feel like driving anywhere or hoofing it to CityWalk. Came for the convenience, came back for the food and hospitality. Great menu, great prices, and Juni our server went above and beyond, providing us better service than I’ve received in any CityWalk establishment. If you’re staying at the Sheraton (or even the Hilton next door), I would absolutely recommend In The Mix.

While staying at the Sheraton I was able to eat at 'In The Mix' three times. The ambiance was normal, nothing special. Typical hotel bar area with TV's and plenty of seating. The food was excellent. Loved the BLT. I was expecting sandwich meat but it was actually a chicken breast with bacon lettuce and tomato. Not sure the type of bread but it was fantastic. The braised rib and mashed potatoes were great. The pizza not so much. Two people in our party had it and said it was horrible. To each their own though. The truffle fries were so good. I have to deduct a star because of cold food. Almost every dish we ordered some of the food was cold. For instance fries never came out warm they always came out near cold. The mashed potato's were cold. I didn't want to let our server know because I didn't want to wait another 30 min. Takes a while for main courses to come out. The highlight of our experience was being served by a great staff. Every server we had was incredible. I do have to give an extra special recognition to "Mr. T". He was such a friendly and helpful server who had a great personality and our entire table thought he was amazing. Would I go back? For sure. I was impressed with the food and only wished it was hotter. If it comes out cold speak up and don't be shy like I was. Enjoy!

I stayed at the Sheraton Universal after staying at the park for my birthday and both the hotel and In The Mix Restaurant are very good.Its a combination bar/restaurant,but food is very good.I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza( I was originally going to get the ribeye,but the prices went way up from the menu on here from just a year ago! It's now $56,not $34) Pizza was very good being I grew up in the east coast and kind of a pizza snob!(and only $17) I ordered a long Island iced tea,and it was very good. Took a chocolate mousse cake to go as I was full and ate it in my room later after a dip in the jacuzzi.Was delicious.I recommend the restaurant.Just lower the price of the steak! Lol
