We order on the very overpriced KFC in Universal. I ask for gravy on our chicken we need to pay for it. I ask for service water even though I bought a two bottle of water and they said I need to pay for it they don’t give it for free!!! First fast food place I go that never give a service water!!! We pay $61.41. The staff doesn’t smile even. So sad

I would not come here again. The food was highly overpriced. We spent $80 on two buckets of chicken. The chicken was overcooked and dry. It was not worth it at all. The staff could’ve been a bit welcoming.

Greeting was nice then we wanted an empty cup to share bottle of water & I was willing to pay a $1 for an empty disposable cup - they strictly said NO and said it’s the same as the water bottle which was $3.99 - that’s is so so crazy I’ve never seen such customer care like that.
