So i made an order to this place, and 20 minutes later still did not have my food. Came inside, showed the number, they say they did not have it in their list. What? Who loses an order so casually? What horrible service!
Bad customer service, long wait, no water cups, and greedy with the sauces.

We went through delivery app. Wife's chicken strips were nuggets one biscuit and sides missing! I ordered two breasts with side's and only one showed up and it was a thigh! All condiments that were requested hot sauce,bbq sauce,napkins, utensils. nothing but honey pkts! I usually call over to the restaurant if they pick up the phone ask them to add to the order.my bad! delivery offered a resend. No thanks.......EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! It's an absolute No! for me.....obviously another restaurant where knowing how to read is not a requirement....

I got the 3 pc. Tenders Combo and was pleasantly suprised at how this Universal Citywalk location's food didn't get me sick like so many other KFC locations through the years. I'm not too thrilled by KFC to begin with. Yes, the order took a comparatively long time to receive (Panda a couple shops away took 5 minutes to gather my order together, this KFC took 15 minutes), but at least I got something. In other words, go here for sheer desperation or a sense of nostalgia. Don't come here thinking you'll receive good food.
I cannot stand this place right now. I had KFC from here last night and I had their “classic spicy sandwich “ thinking I would be fine but no. When I went home ready for bed my stomach was burning and now waking up in the morning I feel like I want to throw up from it. Yup I got food poisoning WOULDNT recommend this place.

I understand hating your job but please don't take out on the food you're selling. Ordered a classic chicken it was burned and overcooked and drenched in mayo in an attempt to make up for it.
