Pretty generous portions and delicious burger/hot dog! The foot long wasn’t too special but the burger tasted better. Other than that, do the mobile order, it is way faster.

I definitely recommend ordering your food via the Universal Studios app. You'll get your food WAY quicker! The food was pretty tasty/average. The atmosphere is super awesome.

We visited midweek in December (14th) and the service was ridiculously quick! I ordered the number 3 which is a vegan burger and it was delicious.

I got the clogger burger. Two 1/3 pound Patties, bacon, special sauce and the sideshow bob cheese chili dog. The wiener was a foot long. The burger is my favorite because most other restaurants in the park are classic burgers. The meals don’t include sodas which are 5 or 6$, non refillable. The staff like to watch you make a fool of yourself, before they say you need the expensive cup for the refills lol.

A nice place to have lunch after walking in the park, the food is very good, especially the cloger burger, and the facilities have plenty of space to sit comfortably.

The clogger burger is the best double burger I have ever eaten in my life, it was a good size and the flavor was excellent... The fries were delicious and freshly made... but the Ribwich is the worst crap I have ever eaten , greasy, tasteless and completely cold meat, I don't know how we didn't get sick

Eating at Krusty Burger was disappointing. The burger tasted like a lower quality version of Burger King, but for a much higher price. It’s clear you’re paying for the novelty, not the flavor or quality.
As for the Buzz Cola? Don’t bother. The taste was strange and just felt off it’s not worth trying, even for the gimmick.
If you’re hungry at the park, you’re better off exploring other food options. Krusty Burger is all hype and no substance. Save your money!

Restaurantji Recommends
The Krusty burger is a fast food place from the Simpsons and the restaurant does look mostly like the show with props and the bright colors. It only had 5 menu items though so not much variety and the burgers tasted like a McDonald's burger. They also had buzz cola and duff beer from the show. The people were good but not great but otherwise a good place but I will probably not go there again.
Vegetarian options: There weren't really any options for vegetarians.
Dietary restrictions: It's burgers and hot dogs and you could remove the bun but you would have to do it.
Parking: It's an amusement park with a parking garage nearby but stayed in a hotel nearby so couldn't tell you
Kid-friendliness: It is a very fun place for children but no childrens menu as far as I know
Wheelchair accessibility: Everywhere is wheelchair accessible

The entire experience is annoying and slow, the food is forgettable and mediocre, and yet that all feels so on-brand for Krusty Burger that I can't possibly be let down by it.

We are deeply disappointed by Krusty Burger's misleading advertising. We ordered a menu, adding an additional drink called “Fontaine Drink” for $5. However, when we wanted to refill our drink, we went to the working machines, but as soon as we put the cup underneath an error message was displayed, I spoke to an employee behind the counter to ask to refill my Coca-Cola.
His response was categorical: “No, I can’t. » I then pointed out to him that I had paid for a “Fontaine Drink”, which implies a refill service. He explained to me that Universal uses this term, but in reality, refills are not allowed, in order to maximize profits.
I find this practice shameful and misleading. It creates false expectations among customers and reflects a complete lack of respect for those who pay extra for a service that does not actually exist.

Very large portions of food, but it didn’t seem like it was cooked fresh. They also only had one worker at the time while place was crowded, so it took a minute. The pricing options weren’t very reasonable, but it’s a theme park… Nice experience though.
