Do not eat at this place. The bread was thick and the sausage was smaller than a normal saugage.It was very cold inside.It did not have any more options.There only hamburger and hot dogs.I would sue this place for 1000 dollars.Im the Karen of this review

The food made me think I had covid, I didn’t, but I couldn’t taste anything. Tried the crispy chicken sandwich, and I took a few bites stopped. Tasted my soda, then tried a bite of the sandwich again but still no flavor in the food. The workers were nice and it was pretty quick to get in and out, just not worth eating here. It would probably be better to go outside the park for lunch.

Paid about $90 for a few burgers and Salad. The grilled chicken on the Salad seemed to be spoiled. It smelled bad. I told the cashier, he said he will call a manager. After 30 min, no manager came. I went back and complained again, they said they made it in the morning. Absolutely terrible customet service and terrible food. They are a disgrace to Universal Studios!

Love their burger and fries. They’re doing a good job of providing hot and crispy french fries. If you’re looking for a vegetarian option, this is also a right place for you!

Gabrielle was attentive and friendly. Breakfast meals, zero complaints. Good coffee. Manager needs much more training, in our opinion. Step up to help when slamed and short-staffed. He was not team playing, but took my criticism kindly.

Wheelchair accessibility: ADA parking spots close to front door. Multiple on site parking spots.

Shoutout to TONI !!!! We were so pleased with her service when we didn’t know how to carry the food that we bought without cover and even a bag to fit everything in. She was so kind to help us sincerely. With her kind attitude and ready smile.. i guess no single penny can ever replace her good heart towards her customers. I know it’s hard to not always nice but just a smile alone can change the situation.. thank you toni for your very nice gesture. Simple solutions means a lot.! Were giving you 5 stars.

Absolute insult. They should be ashamed to operate at this standard. Not only is it a waste of money, its an insult to everything else that has to share space with it in the dumpster.

I almost threw this back on the counter, but fortunately for the staff, today I decided not to teach my children how to deal with morons that think they can take advantage of every single one of their customers.

The cashier is very rude. We are the first customer of the day. When we ordered, we were told there’ll be a bit of a wait. When we ask approximately how long, the answer is “I don’t know we just opened”. We then asked like half an hour to an hour? The response was, I didn’t say that. Duh, that’s why we are asking. If you don’t like your jon, just quit. You’re ruining someone’s start of the day.

burger is a little dry. the veggies are crisp. but i wish the food was a little hotter. i came around 5/6 on a summer holiday so maybe that had something to do with it. the music and interior design was 5 ⭐️ might come back if they offer a tv thanksgiving meal of sorts.

Probably some of the most dysfunctional staff I’ve seen at a restaurant. Lots of food was just piling up on the counter but no one was picking them up to deliver it to customers. Lots of orders were wrong and being returned for one reason or another. I didn’t get my order until I finally walked up to ask them directly about it and then they started working on it.

Food wasn’t that great either for being so crazy expensive. At least it’s air conditioned.
