I have gone to this panda every time ive gone to universal for about 12 years and every single time without fail they are out of an item i want to eat, making me wait longer.

Very poor service. They really skimp out when giving you your platter. It’s very loud in there and it’s hard to communicate with the employees. They gave me one shrimp when I ordered shrimp beef. They are very slow to replenish their dishes. Very poor experience overall and would not recommend.

Waited a whole hour for my food. Couldn’t even get to the front to ask a worker where my food was for that whole time because there were so many people. when i finally got to the front and showed the worker my receipt he looked so shocked at how old my order was and rushed my food and shoved it in my hand with no tray or anything. So upsetting i wasted all that time.

havent been to panda for awhile and this place's taste blows MY MIND. i got three entrees they were all great, top notch quality. feels even better than PF Chang. Whoever is the chef today IS AMAZING. will definitely come back!!

It’s the cheapest dining option in Universal Studios. There were five different set menus, but in my opinion, the flavors were all quite similar. I tried the orange chicken, but the batter was too thick and the orange flavor was overpowering. I wasn’t a huge fan of it. Overall, it was just an average meal, and we made a quick decision that Panda Express isn’t really for us.

I came for the first time with all my family to Panda Express they have so many people working that from 10 employees they dont make one smart one we order a 8 places and they only give us five and they were refusing to give us the other 2 when it was there mistake we spend more than $200 and instead of helping us The register lady was laughing when she made a conflict her name was Liz another customer got into our conversation and start saying that we shouldn’t watch because somebody else couldn’t take their food which that’s really stupid because they’re checking on the numbers every time they get food to the customer they make the mistake and they don’t fix it and she was just watching how we were having a conflict with the other customers and she say having a big smile

Food was great and they didn’t skimp on the portions honestly surprised it was rated so low. If you are in universal studios just get out get a stamp and eat panda here versus the one inside. You will save some good $$

No wonder this place has bad reviews. I asked for a cup of water, and they told me they didn’t have any. When I pointed out that their drink machine dispenses water like all machines do, they said the cup would cost $3.50.

Kids love Panda Express. We got the Fried Rice with chicken, and though it is very customer friendly. The line was a little big and we didn't opt for any drinks. The food was little more on the spicier side and service was ok

Protein options are decent. The chow Mein is tasteless and cardboard. Just get the white rice. You would think such an important location would be higher quality. Also...they wont give you a watercup for water.

I came and I ordered a meal but once I got my meal it was wrong and once I told them my order was wrong I was told “too bad” and the people attending were super rude to other customers and myself. I can expect this type of attitude outside of universal studio but not IN universal studios.
