Disgusting place. We ordered food in advance, there are no customers in the restaurant, but no one started cooking until we came and said so directly. They don't give a glass of water. The staff is very rude!

The service was alright. I ordered orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and fried rice but then when I was in the middle of ordering, the workers just started dancing, laughing, and talking. But this was the best Panda Express I’ve ever had. The orange chicken was crunchy and had lots of sauce. So did the honey walnut shrimp

After a fun day at Universal Studios LA, we decided to grab dinner to-go at Panda Express. We chose the 'plate' options, which allowed us to sample a couple of entrees each. Although there were a few people ahead of us, we didn’t mind the wait, and when it was our turn, we were greeted warmly with smiles. The staff’s friendliness really stood out, especially since we could tell they had been working hard all day at such a busy location.

As for the restaurant itself, it was impressively clean and well-organized. Coming from people who have visited many other Panda Express locations, this one stood out for its tidiness, even at the end of what was likely a busy day. The food portions were generous, with everything served fresh and hot. We both enjoyed our meals and appreciated the attention to detail in food preparation and customer service. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we left feeling satisfied. Highly recommended for a quick, delicious, and friendly meal!

Called into this Universal studios location last week and asked for the manager and a Giovani took the call. I called to let Panda know my kid and I got food poisoning from eating there and how the staff had prefilled plates ready to go est.10 of them were sitting above glass but no warmers to keep food at proper template or away from passing customers and them touching or sneezing. Anyone could grab a plate. He apologized and hopefully he did an incident report but never asked for my info so I doubt Panda Express did one. The place was a dirty with not wiped down tables and floors dirty with food everyone, we should have walked out but live and learn for next time. I will only get items cooked to order going fwd and not at Panda ever again.

Honey Walnut Shrimp, shrimp was not cleaned properly with poop tract still partially intact. Image is after I tried to pick it out a little with my fork, it kind of bursted a little.

Cashier randomly wandered off right before ringing me up.

They don't serve water cups. Also, a friend and I both had their food and have been having stomach aches since then.

After a busy day at the Studios, we stopped to eat here while waiting for the crowds in the parking lot at the exit of the park to diminish. Surprisingly, we ate really well, spending just 30 dollars for two, with generous portions. We recommend.

This location skimps big time on portions! Such a ripoff!

I was greeted by “Richard G.” (As appears on my receipt) he was friendly. The restaurant was clean upon arrival. I was later assisted by Eli who was very kind and helpful. Eli & Richard’s customer service was a 10/10. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend this location for food, amongst all other options. There are veggies offered with protein! A great bang for your buck!

I purchased food here and excess of $20. I asked for a cup of water which is required by state law.

The Cashier said that they don’t have water cups. I asked for a kids cup they denied that as well.

I asked the manager Mauricio for a water cup, and he said that they don’t have any, I informed him in the state law to provide water cups to anyone asking for water as a food establishment in the state of California.

He became argumentative with me in front of the other customers, As well as the other Staff, including the cashier. Really bad customer service. I am a pain customer. I’m not a 15-year-old trying to steal soda or a homeless person.

He then proceeded to ignore me and take orders, not doing his job as a manager to give good customer service to a paying patron which is against panda express customs, Also against state law, therefore opening up Panda Express to liability for violating state law. I have submitted a grievance with the state of California in regards to this. This is a Blatant violation of health and safety.

The staff need to get educated as well as this manager regarding human decency and state law to patrons

Panda express corporate need to get this taken care of immediately and train their manager and staff on basic human decency and state law..

This place is extremely expensive even to park is $35, I did not see one homeless person in the vicinity. I’m pretty sure the deputies of the Los Angeles County sheriffs department and the security have that taken care of there is no excuse for this.

Not a place I would recommend to eat within Universal studio. While I usually like Panda Express, I feel the quality of the food isn't great in this one. You get the quantity though. They advertise some menu that you can order but they modified as they don't have it. They seem overwhelmed during lunch time and that can be expected but still I wouldn't go there again if I visit Universal Studios again.
