Pardon My Cheesesteak

We order from them through door dash and when the food got here 1 of the things was completely the wrong item, another was missing ranch and the side of chipotle mayo. Our door dasher went back up there and we called and had them remake it but they wouldn't give it to the dasher. So my husband had to go up there and get it. We paid to not have to leave and for our dasher to be denied our food is unacceptable.

This place is THE WORST. They completely screwed up my order, only delivered 1 cheesesteak instead of the 2 that I ordered, without any bacon that I paid extra for. It arrived cold and soggy. DO NOT — I repeat DO NOT — ever order from this establishment!!!

Ordered delivery and it was made wrong. Tried calling the phone number provided and was given a robot who basically said I couldn't talk to them. Contacted the driver, who graciously went back to the restaurant to have it fixed. He handed his phone over to a lady who works there so I can explain what happened. She confirmed with me the sandwich that needed to be remade, instructed the kitchen to make it, and sent it out with the delivery driver. The remake arrived and... It's STILL wrong. What part of ALLERGY does this place NOT understand?
