Got us the wrong order but when we asked they changed it for us. The ice cream itself was okayish. Pretty small quantity too.

Staff member (Jasmine) was not nice. She gave me half of a cup of ice cream. When I asked her about it and compared it to what everybody was getting, she told me this was the amount I should have. She would not give me anymore. She was insistent on me only getting a small portion which was about half the volume of the cup they use and 1/2 what they were serving all the customers around me. If they only want to give you a small amount, the container needs to fit the serving size. Giving somebody a cup, and then only filling it halfway full is going to bring up questions, especially when all the other employees there were giving all the customers at their windows a full portion with peaks of ice cream visible outside the cup. I think management should address her. I do believe all people in a working environment should have the same instructions and perform the same but this person did not care about the serving size difference and was not nice. When a customer points out a problem (the volume difference,) and your employee tells them this is the amount they should have, it brings up a lot of questions and concerns. Was she saying I was fat and didn't need any more? I have pictures of mine as well as all the other customers around me to prove the discrepancy. I also added them here. Also, I saw other customers walking around with their ice creams prior to me going over to get one. I wanted to treat my grandson to an ice cream after a nice day at the theme park. My intent was to share this with him but I couldn't share with my him because the portion was so small; very much a child-size serving. I wasn't going to buy a second one after the treatment I received. I would love a refund!

This place is located in universal Hollywood at the entrance of Springfield. There is a line when we went to this store and Service was average. Tried banana sundae and chocolate ice cream. Both tasted good. As expected the prices are high given the location.

Don't bother. Everybody I watched in line was like "where is the ice cream?" when they got their order. I have never ever seen so little actual ice cream in such a big cup. An Ice Cream Sunday is literally 80% canned whipped cream. Eight dollars for about 3 ounces of soft serve ice cream and a bunch of whipped cream.If you insist on trying this place because "it's so hot out" then I would go for the skinny waffle cone, then ask for a cup to put it in. If you order ice cream in a cup you the you will probably be disappointed.Absolutely terrible!The employees also have no clue about the menu or what allergens are in anything. Then to add insult, in our order there was hair in between the ice cream and whipped cream.

The ice cream was really good I really liked the swirl part. The service was also good they were really good at describing everything. The line was a lil long but its fine bc the line at Starbucks was even longer

It's over priced ice cream in a small cone. That's all I really have to say. Does the job when you're walking around universal studios with limited food options.

Food: Finally got to try the conan with flavored syrup. Opted for the vanilla conan with cotton candy flavored syrup. It had the perfect amount of sweetness and stayed frozen for a long time. Service; Super quick to-go spot for a snack. The line typically doesn't go past 3 rows.

Yum! We came here during Halloween Horror Nights- it was pretty slammed so I am quite impressed with the fast and friendly service we received here! The ice cream was genuinely really good, too! Super thick and creamy. Phineas Q. Butterfat's is such a fun place to bring the family, surrounded by lots of Simpson's themed shops and games!
