Universal Studios Pizza Hut was beyond disappointing. Not only were the 6 piece chicken wings (lemon pepper rub) disgusting, they tasted like fish, the customer service was disrespectful and unhelpful. The manager, when I asked for a refund, stated "Usually we don't give refunds to people who order something they like. Why did you order something that you like and ask for a refund?" I stated "That makes no sense, this is my first time ordering these wings? I ordered them to try and I didn't like them." The manager proceeds to say "Next time order the plain wings to see if you'd like them." Needless to say, the manager was condescending. I did not need this interaction, I simply needed a refund for food that was disgusting and not worth $26. To top it off she couldn't give me a refund to my card and she couldn't give me a refund in cash due to "policy". I had to order food of the same value or else my money goes down the drain. Rude and unhelpful service. Sadly, I did not get the manager's name.

Asked for money back and took another 10 to 15 minutes to gives back the money. Asked for the receipt back and she too it back to her office or I don’t know we’re.

Horrible service & LAZY EMPLOYEES REFUSED TO MAKE A SAUCELESS PIZZA. I walked in and ordered a mini pizza with no sauce but I was told they could not do that but that I could order the medium pizza instead I agreed and requested the medium however the worker looked at the other worker & said they could not make a pizza with no sauce because the pizzas were already made & they were only selling those. I’ve gone to several pizza huts and they always agree to make it without sauce.

I come to this special place every couple of days because I love the special air that is exist in this restaurant. The crew is awfuly welcoming and experienced. The service is very efficient. Most important, the food they serve is outstanding. I frequent more than once and I was always joyful. The payment is fair. I highly recommend this restaurant to to all.
