I got sick from the pretzel dog. It looked burnt but was barely hot. It looked like it had sat out quite a while and then was heated up. I had 2 bites and my boyfriend had 1 bite then we ended up throwing it away. We both had diarrhea but I ended up also having a fever. Don't risk it with this vendor.

If you want to get the most bang for your buck get the goot long hot dog from here!It fed four of us!They also have popcorn, snacks, drinks, etc, but man the hot dog was a great find for a quick and decently priced lunch.

No lineup here so we ordered pizza and a burger.The burger was ready in one minute and they moved it from the heat lamp to the customer pickup counter and said “there is a delay on the pizza.”After five minutes of all staff standing with their backs to the customers they asked if I wanted the burger put back under the heat lamp - umm yes please? Too late at this point.While I was waiting, a customer came back with their burger, the bun was burnt black and asked for a new one, they took the burger and left him holding his burnt bun, briefly had it swapped and gave a scripted “sorryboutthat, uhhuh’ and turned their back on him. I guess the burnt bun is a souvenir? Was it worth the wait? No, the burger was dry and tasteless.

Cheap c*nts put chips at the bottom of the soda cups to make sure you don't get a refill. The food was mediocre at best and costs 13 bucks for a burger. McDonalds has better service, prices and food than this over priced trash

Lady next to us puked all over and then ... and then ... NOBODY did anything! The puke hung in the air like, well, like the smell of PUUUKE. I guess this is normal because we had to nag multiple times before anyone even came to look at the mess. Took forever to get our food, $13 hamburger was cold and we couldn't eat anyway. $73 wasted. Restaurants in the Citywalk have far, far better, cheaper food, table service - oh, and no puke.

It's crazy how they literally want to get every penny out of you...they're cups have a chip on the bottom to make sure you don't get a refill after spending $14+ on a burger and fries!...smh

On 04/03/2018 19:45 my family and I decided to eat here before getting back on the road for Los Angeles. They made a mistake with our order which was not telling us they had to put fresh meat patties down. When we advised them of our wait time they handled it really well. Ms. Jackie Arellano and Mr. Aresnio Alvarez was very pleasant and apologetic. They rectify the issue asap. They accommodated us with a fresh funnel cake and anthing else we wanted. We where good with the apology and let their managers know how we appreciate there hospitality which were Mr. Michael & Mr. Jose. Thank you so much for making our time there “Wonderful!”

DO NOT eat here. Horrible customer service, pathetic food, and no body hears your complaints. If you dont like your job, just freakking quit it and do something else. Why do you ruin people's vacations. We spend thousands of dollars to come and have fun memories with our families, But people like these spoil everything.
