Taco bell is my all time favorite. So ofc when i saw it at the universals i was like yay? I went there on a Thursday and there was this young lady working at the front. Im sorry but maybe hire better employees? Ive been there twice and both of the times it was the same girl with a grumpy face. She looked like she didn’t even wanna serve. I used to be a server myself and one thing ik is treating customers well. I don't her name but i guess i’m not the only one. Do better.

Ordered a Discovery Luxe Box almost $20 and an extra drink for almost $30 total. Received my order and nothing what I had ordered. Won’t ever dine here again. Service was good tho.

Yeah, the main problem is the price. Genuinely twice the price of what Taco Bell should cost. Which is to be expected given the location, but it still feels bad.
We ended up here after a movie because it was one of the only things still open at City Walk.
The food was fine, typical Taco Bell, not good or bad. The service was also fine. It's just not worth eating Taco Bell here when you generally should have other options - or, if it's late at night, just leave and go to another Taco Bell on the way home and save some money.

Other reviews are correct. More than double the price of my local taco bell. Asked for a cup for water was told I had to buy a bottled water. Which is illegal in the state of CA to refuse free water from the tap.
Best to eat elsewhere.

Way way more expensive than a regular Taco Bell. I also asked for a cup for tap water and they said they don’t give out cups for water. So you have to pay extra to get hydrated — pretty gross. Would definitely avoid this Taco Bell

Restaurantji Recommends
Food wasn’t bad, but the staff were very disrespectful and slow to make the order. When I receive my order, a few things were missing such as food and drinks, but when I came back and asked with the receipts proof, I was told that whoever gave me the order was a different person and they’re not able to prove whether or not I received it and as a result wasn’t able to get my items. I paid for a full meal and basically got half. Horrible service did not recommend literally any other one would be much better.

I got 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos, a Dorito taco and a soda and my total was $39. That meal should cost max $15. The inflation for being in city walk is atrocious. I could go to a sit down restaurant for that and get more food and better food.

They always reduce the portion size and charge more than other locations. Price is understandable as its in citywalk but portion size is very low.
