We orders four different crepes. Three (Nutella, turkey and chicken) were OK, but one was inedible (the ham was full of gristle). Seemed very pricey for what we got, even by LA standards.

Coffee arrived cold, ordered an apple crepe, some pieces were hot and some cold. Waiter was rude and had attitude. I understand being swamped with a lot of customers but the attitude she gave out through out the whole service was just terrible. Even paying she gave attitude towards us. If she could not accept the $100 dollar bill, instead of giving sass about it, she could have politely let us know. Will not recommend

Great light meal before hitting the Park. Kids ate dulce de Leche and the Nutella. Both big hits. We had the turkey pesto and breakfast crepe. Both a solid 8/10. Employees were super friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stopped by The Crepe Café for dinner after visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The Crepe Café is located at Universal City Walk. It wasn't busy at all. We were the only customers inside the Crepe Café, Thursday evening around 5:00 P.M. All of the tables were completely open. The Crepe Café offered Sweet and Savory Crepes. Some of their Crepe options included the following Vegie Crepe Turkey Crepe Pesto Crepe Chicken Crepe Pizza Crepe Apple Crepe Nutella Crepe and so much more! The Crepe Café had other alternatives to Crepes as well. There were some specialty French Fries you can order, such as the Carne Asada Fries or their Bacon Ranch Fries. After looking over the menu, my husband and I decided to split a Ham & Cheese Crepe. It didn't take long for the order to complete, around 5 minutes. The team member provided us the crepe on a paper plate and informed us that the utensils were self-serve options on the counter. The Ham and Cheese Crepe was extremely bland. There was no flavor. The portion size was pretty large, though! For a little more than $11.00, it's a decent alternative to some of the options inside the theme park.

Service was poor, they were on their phone all the time and playing with other workers, looks like each person who is there was in charge of only one thing so the rest of people had time to play around, food was poor as well strawberries look not fresh at all not worth my money for it. Ambiance was mid as the place had some trash on the floor which workers couldn't get as they were playing instead of working.

Don't go here!! Save yourself time and money... First the Nutella doesn't even taste like Nutella. Second poor costumer service, they're always on their phones and their lack of communication and costumer service is awful. I waited a lot for my order and the place wasn't even busy.

Woman in the glasses was very rude and not friendly at all. I work in the customer service industry so I understand that the days can be long, but her attitude was bitter and definitely ruined the tone for the rest of my visit.

This place should be more highly rated. We walked over from the Hilton as there was a gap between breakfast and lunch service. The crepes are made to order, are as tasty as those we have eaten in Quebec or on the street in Paris. Simple toppings. We enjoyed a banana/Nutella, turkey/pesto/avocado, and egg/ham/cheese along with a couple of lattes and a few slurped to go for the hot day. Since each crepe is made individual you can wait a bit but lots of stores to look around in.

Bare hands handling food. Dude was touching all kinds of stuff and then touched our food. Rude customer service! Expensive and shady portions. Disgusting. Ordered two crepes here and didn't even want to eat it. Ended throwing it away. It was so disgusting!!! Wasted of money coming here. Sick!!!

Unfortunately the woman with the glasses was not at all customer friendly. Condescending tone when asked a question. We were offered free sauce ,then charged for extra sauce. We never asked for extra sauce, and I wouldn't of had my family accept it to be charged later. Check your receipt it's just a very sneaky thing to do. Won't be returning.

Gor a breakfast plus (cheese and turkey ham) crepe. It came with a side of potato totsand a small cup of coffee. It was almost $20! Service was bleh and taste was alright. I wouldn't come back but if you're really craving for crêpes, I guess you can stop by...

Ordered a strawberry Nutella crepe with vanilla ice cream . Received a strawberry banana crepe and when notified employee of mistake they said I'd get a refund or wait till the cook makes about 10+ orders before I get mine. My partner does not eat bananas and we were sharing. It's not my fault cook made a mistake .

Always make a stop at the Crepe Cafe at Universal CityWalk. Al types of options to choose from, sweet, savory or specialty. I enjoy the the classics: the cheese or the buttery with powdered sugar. The portions are huge and large enough to share. The staff usually serves them up quickly, 10-20 minutes, even when it's crowded. Each crepe made per order.
