The smallest burgers ever! You will leave hungry. Child like burgers when the company used to have bigger burgers. Waste of money
If I could give zero stars I would. The manger was very rude and who blamed me for there issues and did not want to get a refund so I have to call my bank for fraud

It is a wonderful place to have a good lunch. We got the harvest chopped salad. With side dressings, and it was great place, but we had already got the answers from panda, express and American poke ball. So we just enjoyed the salad for them and it is great taste and value for money.
Next time this is goto place first.

Apparently this place doesn’t offer cups for water. Came here cause I was nauseous and needed a quick bite. I needed some water and when I got my burger asked for a cup of water to use for the fountain. They told me they charge 4.97 for a cup to get water from the fountain. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to charge for fountain water in the state of California as I have worked as other restaurants and know this. You must give the customer water upon request. They claimed that the cups weren’t free and they don’t carry specific cups for “free water”. The manger was very rude and basically told me I was wrong, and that the rest of the restaurants do this here as well in the Universal lot. Just think this is wrong since this is a law.

Disappointing experience at The Habit. Paying $20 for a combo, the least they could do is serve a decent portion of fries and make sure they’re hot. Instead, we got a tiny batch of cold fries. Based on the poor service I observed with other customers, it didn’t seem worth complaining. The staff clearly didn’t seem to care. If I would have seen reviews before like I normally do I would have not even stepped foot into this place.

This Habit Burger in particular SHOULD NOT be on Doordash especially since its located in CityWalk of all places. When I placed this order on DD I didnt know it was all the way at this location or I would have not ordered at all!
The location is very unhelpful for all doordash drivers (It took 3 doordashers and 2 hours to get me my order and bless the heart of the last DD driver). I tried calling to see if everything was okay and the number 1 hour in and it took me to a lady who is not even at the restaurant! There is no way to be in contact the restaurant directly which is very concerning...
Someone shut down their Doordash account please. Would give negative stars if I could. Never ordering from DD on the Habit again.

Crazy to me this place isn't reviewed higher. 5 STARS across the board for me! If you've ever been to city walk and you asked yourself..."What's that smell?"...it's The Habit. I go to universal every year for HHN and every year I look forward to getting a burger from The Habit. It can get kind of busy, but with online ordering they make the process really easy. Go grab a table somewhere, order your food, and they will text you when it's time to pick it up. Usually takes 10-15 minutes or less. My go to at this point is the Teriyaki burger, but everything I have tried has been delicious. Just a good ol high quality flame cooked burger made to order. At this point I have had more trips than I can count and EVERY one of them was delicious. Highly recommend that if you find this review that you trust this random stranger and go get a burger. Can't fathom a world where you would be disappointed. Enjoy.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I was asked by the cashier if I wanted extra sauce for the teriyaki burger that it would be 66 cents more. I did not want extra sauce for the burger however they do not give ranch with the fried green beans at this location. They told me it was a new fee charge at every location—given this direction from corporate. They were extremely rude about it, told my senior citizen mother she could get all the free soda she wants with her 60$ tab but absolutely no ranch. She asked for a refund and they told her no that they do not provide refunds at this location. I believe that is stealing, to The Habit. Attached is the note they wrote to my mother when she asked for their information. They also do not give her the platinum annual pass holder discount. My brother ordered the same green beans from the kiosk, and his receipt showed zero charges for the ranch he received.
