Wetzel's Pretzels

The pretzels are delicious and everything they sell here is delicious. The place is very clean and smells delicious. The only drawback is that the service is very bad. There are some workers who are kind and seem to not like their job and treat people badly.

Terrible Customer Service ???..Walter is a terrible worker, he is so Rude.He was yelling at me.

Walter is a terrible worker, he’s lazy and doesn’t want to do anything when I asked. Doesn’t smile, and just has a rude face. The manager really needs to take care of this issue, this is not a joke! Ruining this location because of one horrible worker.

Literally I cannot express enough how much the cashier worker ruined my whole mood and made me cancel my order because of his attitude and his unkind words. Walter is a horrible worker, he started yelling at me when I asked for a price, and as I cancelled my order due to his rude attitude, he told me to never come here again! He looks like he hates his job, and just gives attitude left and right, he definitely doesn’t care about his job! Horrible service horrible location!

the food was ok, they refused to make new catches and just stood there talking and let the customers wait, and we try to approach them, and they just act like the didn't see anything or hear anything, and multiple customers started trying to talk to them but they just rolled their eyes and ignored what everyone said and continued talkingand gossiping with each other.

I think I'm not the only one who's had this experience but the customer service here is awful. The cashier had such a bad attitude I didn't feel comfortable ordering anything but drinks. She made it plainly obvious she hates her job. Not worth coming here

Prices were exceptionally high at this location. Food is really just basic pretzels.

The food is good as usually but the service was sucks. The big guy with glasses was very rude and had attitude. He should know how to approach customer . The prices was cheap with his attitude

Good spot but the worker charged me 1.99 for cheese and didn’t even get it also I didn’t receive my free pretzel by downloading he app. The worker was also very lazy and gave no ice.

Love the fresh food and the employees who are friendly and kind

The pretzels sit out for a long time and are sometimes a little tough by the time you eat them.

Nasty and obnoxious people, stay away from this place?
