Let me start off by saying I'm about a 6 min drive if that from your location pass by everyday Nothing I had tonight was made fresh and it was pretty obvious the bacon in my burger was cold and hard it had to have been sitting for quite time the burger was mildly warm my fries which I asked for well done were cold and lastly to top it off the ketchup that I asked for was instead hot sauce The whole experience was very below average order My receipt time is 5:00pm you think the food would be coming out hot and fresh

I love Baker's on second street in Upland! Jessica, one of the managers, is always pleasant and helpful. The food is 9/10 times super fresh and well prepared. They keep a clean restaurant and grounds, too!

Terrible place, the food is not tasty. We ordered a Mango Tango drink, and the glass was just ice. I asked for more beans because there were very few, and they told me I had to pay extra. First and last time at this place.

The quality has noticeably improved. The bread was soft and fresh. Asking for extra cheese meant EXTRA cheese!! The taco meat portion almost doubled. Will report back if other locations quality also has improved.

When you go inside you are completely ignored by staff , they are trying to get you to order through the kiosk is my guess . Then when it doesn't work , they rudely come take your order in person . After all this my order was still wrong , after I ordered in person . This bakers used to have some of the best customer service in upland . Now they are going downhill . Mobile ordering kiosks need to go away permanently. I'll give two stars though since one employee made an effort to be polite.
Ordered a taco burger and a cup of rice and beans. The taco burger had a little bit of ground meat.. lots of lettuce small piece of tomato and tiny bit of cheese. The rice and bean cup literally had a teaspoon of beans on the bottom and absolutely tasteless rice on top. Major RIP OFF !! I went through drive through or I'd have taken it back for TEN DOLLARS!!! ..NEVER AGAIN!!
