I love Baker's on second street in Upland! Jessica, one of the managers, is always pleasant and helpful. The food is 9/10 times super fresh and well prepared. They keep a clean restaurant and grounds, too!

The quality has noticeably improved. The bread was soft and fresh. Asking for extra cheese meant EXTRA cheese!! The taco meat portion almost doubled. Will report back if other locations quality also has improved.

Wow! Excellent Customer Service from both staff and management! Everyone was so polite and courteous!The food was delicious.The restaurant was immaculate clean and even the kitchen area you can see it was well maintained.
