The last few times I have gone to this location the scoops for a sundae are ridiculously small, not even the size of a kid scoop. The owner (asian lady) sorry don't know her name, is the one that serves them like that. The service is always good but I won't be returning due to not getting my money's worth.

The service was terrible, there is female who was slamming the counter doors, she seem like she doesn’t like her job, no smile at all. The sizes of the scoop were smaller than other places.

I ordered a custom birthday cake from this location and was very pleased. I was able to order over the phone and the cake designer (Kristy) was very responsive and accommodating. The cake turned out exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely order a cake from this location again.

I suggest asking for ice cream to go with your whip cream and toppings when ordering a sundae. I didn't pay attention to the actual scooping. I should have. I'll stick to Handel's.

Went in for a free birthday scoop of ice cream, my local one closed and I didn't know about this one until I got the coupon. After the way I was treated I won't be back. I wasn't trying to rip you off lady, I had a legit coupon and was new to your store. Instead of being welcomed I felt like a burden. I'll keep looking for a place for my family to eat ice cream
