ice cream was great, service was terrible. lady was on her phone while taking orders, I ordered a banana split, all I said was no pineapple. she kept saying what I wanted, I repeated myself at least 4 times saying everything but pineapple. not sure if it was a language barrier, or bc she was on the phone, she definitely wasn't paying attention.

The last few times I have gone to this location the scoops for a sundae are ridiculously small, not even the size of a kid scoop. The owner (asian lady) sorry don't know her name, is the one that serves them like that. The service is always good but I won't be returning due to not getting my money's worth.

I ordered a custom birthday cake from this location and was very pleased. I was able to order over the phone and the cake designer (Kristy) was very responsive and accommodating. The cake turned out exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely order a cake from this location again.

I suggest asking for ice cream to go with your whip cream and toppings when ordering a sundae. I didn't pay attention to the actual scooping. I should have. I'll stick to Handel's.
