ice cream was great, service was terrible. lady was on her phone while taking orders, I ordered a banana split, all I said was no pineapple. she kept saying what I wanted, I repeated myself at least 4 times saying everything but pineapple. not sure if it was a language barrier, or bc she was on the phone, she definitely wasn't paying attention.

I ordered a custom birthday cake from this location and was very pleased. I was able to order over the phone and the cake designer (Kristy) was very responsive and accommodating. The cake turned out exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely order a cake from this location again.

The Male employee, I believe his name was Noah. He made my night after having such a bad day. Despite the fact he was wearing a mask, I can tell that he gave me a warm smile. And provided with fantasic scoops and a great customer service. He deserves a bonus and raise ??
