I’ve been to this establishment a few times and I’ve missed out on not going more, the mixture of shaved ice and thrifty ice cream with other toppings is delicious. They have a lot to choose from, the customer service is great, and the young lady Alo knows how to make great ice cream and is friendly and courteous. I've had a few combinations, and this last round of Chamoy Chamango with Mango sorbet was a perfect tasty combination. The big stick which is their best seller is also Delicious, they also have great prices. Here I am again on my third visit, and I need to come more often. This place is good the services are excellent the young lady Alo was friendly and courteous and had a great opinion of what to order so we ordered a big stick and an extra large Chamango combo shaved ice, and mango sorbet. both were delicious and made perfectly. I can't wait till summer, but even in winter, this place is fantastic.

This shaved ice was the best I've had in awhile! It has soft shaved iced mixed with ice cream if you want. So many flavors to choose from also a board of popular combos. The server (Jasmin) was so sweet and helpful to find the best flavor to try for our first time. It's a small place, you might miss it if you're not looking. no sitting just order and go. If I could score a 10 I would.

I was in Hawaii last week and enjoyed some Shaved Ice. I had never had Shaved Ice before. Snow cones, yes. But Shaved Ice is much different. Below Zero was definitely the next best thing to having Shaved Ice in Hawaii. Mahalo

It was great service and really smooth shaved ice. I would only recommend adding small table and chair so people don't feel rushed out if there and will probably bring more people in. Just a small suggestion.

ATTENTION: THIS PLACE IS A SLEEPER IN UPLAND AND YOU MUST GO!Below Zero is as authentic as the North shore in Hawaii! It's a perfect treat to an abnormally hot and humid day yesterday. We tried the big stick, apparently this is their most popular, as well as the Cookie monster. Both equally as delicious as the other. I can't wait to go back and try the other flavors!Pro tip, I was given a punch card and Tuesdays and Thursdays they have double punches for every shave ice you purchase.Go support this small business, you won't be disappointed. Also, they use thrifty brand ice cream in the store, what could be better? ?
