The one on Foothill & Campus is definitely the best of all the location of all I've tried. The service and attention to customers are outstanding. The food is very good, if there is anything not to your liking, they will make it right. They have daily specials unique to this location. It's a diner without the typical "diner" feel. Taco Tuesday? Oh, the crispy tacos are stuffed with either chicken or beef, the fresh pico de gallo is awesome. I often take some home!

pesto melt: have not had a sandwich this good in a long time the bread is fluffy the sauce is creamy and everything else is super fresh bloody maria: not too strong super flavorful; olives a great touch great service yummy food, kathy was super attentive and knew the menu so well. lots of options i couldn't decide but she recommended a couple things based on my preferences to give me an optimal experience. can't wait to come back

Had my Baby shower here recently in one of the spacious events rooms. My guests and myself loved the food, the service was great and the staff very friendly. Everything worked out thanks to Enrique, he is the manager at this location in Upland. He was great to work with and helped me with the planning for my event. Definitely recommend.

At your Ontario location it is a waste of time to say how you want a steak sandwich cooked. On numerous occasions I've requested my steak cooked medium and it comes out well done. When I pointed this out, the brought me out another sandwich in which the steak was raw and cold. Went today and asked for medium and the steak was all red slightly grilled. They said that they could cook it more and when it came back, they must have microwaved the entire sandwich as the lettuce was hot, the mayo was no longer white and the bread was also hot. I ate a small portion of one half of the sandwich and did not eat the other half. I told the server that the streak was no overcooked, she did not offer to redo the sandwich so I ended up having just the fries for dinner. After I was presented with the bill, the steak sandwich was still on the bill minus 10% ($1.95 off of $18.95). I asked why I was being charged so much for something I didn't even eat. I would have gladly paid for the fries. So they ended up taking 25% off. So in effect, I paid $14 for French fries. I have been going to Brandon's for many years and have been to many or their locations. But I will no longer be going there again.

The food is excellent! A wide variety of breakfast items, burgers, sandwiches, and a good Mexican food menu.Their carnitas is delicious. We had the carnitas quesadilla. It's awesome.

So many options, they have anything for every diet restriction and make an effort to provide good hot food. My favorite is breakfast but after being a patron of them from other locations i've venture off to lunch and dinner and I am impressed that they have a variety and has flavor

The food was very bland, no flavor what so ever. I've had store bought canned versions of menudo and refried beans that are better than what we were served. The chorizo was good, but the eggs were way overcooked. Overpriced for the quality of food we received.
I could say a lot. But suffice it to say that this place was horrible. What happened, Brandon's? You used to have good food and good service, with a smile! The tacos for "taco Tuesday" which I asked if there was still a special today, were not a different price than listed on every other day. 4 tacos, 3 chicken and 1 beef were ordered and we were served 4 chicken. They were completely flavorless. The salsa was flavorless. The SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. The waitress argued with me that one taco was or was not beef... then never brought my Husband a refill on his nearly $6 strawberry lemonade saying the fountain was out of lemonade and there was no one to change it. She spilled salsa all over the rim of the dish and took an overly long time to bring more salsa, running away before we could ask anything more of her. $45 later and all we received was excuses and a waitress that ignored us after bringing sub par food that was also incorrect.

I was there yesterday I was ordering to go. And I got a huge amount of attitude of your front girl with the dark hair she took my order. She straightly asked where I am from without any small talk or other any conversation. It's so rude. Yes I still have an accent but it is not a reason to ask me that question so brutally. She could ask where my accent from for example. Zero communication skills. You never know the reasons why people leave their countries plus I live 11 years here and 7 of them I live in Upland. It is my home. Pancakes were amazing but she kind of kill the mood. Thank you

Went on Saturday with my mom and we split the Popeye omelet and turkey club. Both were delicious. Our server was Kathy and she was amazing. She was friendly and got our food to our table efficiently. She made our dining experience nice.

We had a server named Kathy at Brandon's. It was our first time at this specific location. This is our new location. She was the best server I've had in years anywhere and I recommend that anyone and everyone should definitely go there and ask to be served by Kathy. She is absolutely amazing and will make you laugh all the way through your dinner
