We ordered thru the drive thru today 12/1/24. We only live 4 minutes from the store. There were only 2 cars but it took a long time to get the food. When my husband returned my cheeseburger was completely wrong, lukewarm at best as were the fries. We know exactly how my husband ordered it because I sent it to his phone and he read it to the person taking his order.( 2 weeks ago we ordered it and it was delicious hot and right) I wanted a cheeseburger with ketchup mayonnaise, lettuce, pickle. What I got was a cold cheeseburger with ketchup only and the bun was like it was under cooked ( I find that a lot at CJ’s??) $21 for this. No big deal??? Right. Wrong. They get paid $20 per hour at fast food restaurants!! There is nothing more exacerbating as this. THEN I call the number on the receipt . It just hangs up on you! Googled the store it’s another number!! THAT just hangs up on you too! Yet at the bottom of the receipt it says “ We appreciate your business “!! Apparently not.

I’m used to really good service at this location and today was far from it. When I got to the order speaker, I let them know. I had a mobile order and they said to pull forward, that was the last I heard or saw from someone for nearly 10 minutes. A customer should be acknowledged and told that there is going to be a delay with their order being ready, when I got to work, hashbrowns were not fully cooked and soaked with grease and the sausage biscuit was very overcooked and all the edges of the sausage were burned and I was given barbecue sauce for my hashbrowns instead of ketchup. If the regular manager Maria was working, none of this would happen. She always gives great customer service and her customers leave with a smile.

The waffle fries I had were awful. There was some terrible flavor that was like they had boiled cigarettes in that oil earlier or something. Also they charge full price for water if you want a cup larger than the tiny courtesy cups. I don’t mind if they charge a little something for the cup but full price the same as if a bought a soda? Very unimpressed. Can’t really see myself going back unless I’m desperately hungry and there’s nothing else around.
