⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I had an awesome experience at Carl’s Jr. today. The place was clean, the service was fast, and the food was fresh. But what really made the visit stand out was the manager, Maria. She was amazing — super friendly, professional, and genuinely made sure everything was perfect. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the customers. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at this location. Great job, Maria! 👏🍔

I was on my way out of town and stopped at the Foothill location to get some breakfast. I opted to eat in the dining room. I was greeted when I walked in. Nina and Kevin were working behind the counter. Both were very friendly. My order was taken quickly and I received my food timely as well. The dining area was clean. Overall an enjoyable experience. Not always the case when dining in a fast food restaurant.

The big lady with all the ear piercings is about as rude as possible. She never said Hi, bye, thank you or anything. Only 1 dirty look. As a customer service rep specialist I made sure I was being nice just to make sure it wasn't me. Gross!
Chose to dine in since it was empty and quiet, thought it would be pleasant but felt rushed instead. It took a while to get help, since the lady was cleaning out back, which is ok but rushed me to order as soon as she set the bucket down. I sat down to eat in, but I guess this place bags up your order which i dont mind at all. Yelled out that order was ready just didn't say a number or for who it was, since there was a couple besides myself so i waited a couple minutes before I walked up. Just passing by but won't be dropping by this location again

Ordered a triple burger with no cheese made it very clear when ordering. Drove home, opened it, and it had three slices of cheese. When I went back to get a refund, they told me I’d have to come back in the morning because the manager wasn’t there. I had to push just to get a refund for the burger I couldn’t eat. I ate the fries and didn’t ask for a full refund, just the burger.
I shouldn’t have to fight to get my money back when the order was made wrong. Really disappointing experience. I won’t be back.
