When in for the good attitude trying to get one of the deals on the window or one of the buy one get one free or whatever deal they were having at the time I just don't remember. But the staff was really rude at that time so I simply left and did not even order. Now mind you I have been there when the staff was great also but this experience most recently was horrible

I had a great experience at Carl’s Jr.! The food was fresh, hot, and came out quickly, but what really stood out was the service. The manager, Tita, was absolutely amazing. She was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her team and the customers. It’s not every day you meet someone so kind and attentive. Thanks, Tita, for making our visit extra special—we’ll definitely be coming back!

Always my go to cars jr but if you go after 11 they will not take your order and will leave you there for 10 minutes. They can’t be busy because no one is there. 🤣 if the owner is wondering why the sales are slow it’s because they don’t take orders and just let people leave.

waiting 20 minutes for a milkshake is crazy business and then when asked why it took so long we were told that they are slow on business, well maybe if you guys would speed things up just a little bit maybe you would get more business/ traffic flow......

Sat in the drive through for an hour before getting an order in. The worst fast food place ever.
It's 6:24a and I just ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, French Toast Dips, and a Large Meat patty for my dog. The Biscuit prior to tax is $4.99 AND WAS DEFINITELY NOT' WORTH $1.00. 1st of All it's Sooo Small. 2ndly... the biscuit itself was Very Hard. One bite, had to take it back. Yes, the C/S Rep did take it and is having another made for me. But Thankfully I DECIDED I WANTED A COUPLE BITES B4 I LEFT... (So my dog wouldn't see it & want it) The New Biscuit was a Normal size and Soft and Good. Now why couldn't I have got it the way it should be the 1st time. Ugh. Even though the C/S Rep on Blu tooth call the whole visit... C/S was Still Fine. But bc of I almost left with a nasty miniature Biscuit is Why I give it only three stars.
