I've been to this specific Carl's Jr. for 10 yrs, and they really improved their food quality and service over the years. Fries used to be cold, but now it's burning hot (in a good way). It's not too greasy or too salty; it's perfect. And the burgers, as usual, are excellent. Plus, the veggies inside are very fresh! It could be a bit pricey but definitely worth the visit. Keep it up!

Food is as good as any other Carls Jr., but I gave the service a 2 because they're anything but fast. In a line of 3 cars, where i was the third, it took 15 minutes to get my food from when I ordered. I'd have to guess they just don't have as many people staffed as they should. And it's not just this experience. Often, they take a long time to serve. If it is a staffing issue, I don't blame the employees. They can only work as fast as they can and they...

Just wanted a small basic cheeseburger. Unfortunately the gentleman could not hear me at the speaker. Too much car noise from traffic. He asked for me to pull to the window. Gave him my order. Paid, and got my food. Easy peasy. It was very quick and he was very nice.
