I love chick n fil because I got the kid menu with Mac and cheese chicken nuggets and ice cream with a cone instead of a cone so I got double the ice cream since I have low iron thank you for making my day @Chicknfil and a peppermint milkshake.

Have been going to colonies chic fil a for years and have never had an issue up until now. Went in the drive through to place a dinner order along with 4 gift cards and was surprised to hear that there is a limit in purchasing gift card In the drive through. The limit was max of 3 and of course I needed 4. I kindly ask for an exception and management said No. Wow, never have heard of it being so difficult to purchase gift cards in drive through. I had to pick up my food order then park and get off to get the gift cards. Great food but horrible customer service. Will never be back, I would rather go to a different chick fil a where I have had no issues purchasing over 3 gift cards.

The service was amazing! Carolyn and Augustine tended to is with a smile. Refilled our drinks and appeared Leto be busy bees. Play area was clean and the restaurant itself was clean.

We came here because we like their lemonade and when we tried ordering the guy said "we have to make it if you want lemonade" like huh??? You guys are OPEN. Make the lemonade... don't be lazy! During hours of operation all food and drinks should be available unless you guys are already closing.

The store manager of this restaurant, a black woman, behaved racist towards me in front of everyone. I will report this behavior everywhere and until that woman is kicked out of this store, I will inform myself and those around me and will never allow her to shop.

We’ve been going to this store since it opened. Ever since the other store in Upland opened, the store in the Colonies has gone down hill. Every visit to the Colonies store involves a wrong order. The food doesn’t taste as fresh as before either. We will not be going back to this store again. I’m tired of getting my orders wrong.

This morning I stopped and got an 8 ct chicken Nugget’s and hash browns. The nuggets were over cooked and the hash browns needed salt. Too bad to because I really wanted those nuggets😔

I have been a loyal customer of Chick-fil-A for a long time, but I faced an unusual situation tonight.
I placed a drive-thru order, and the employee took my order and repeated it back to me. However, when I received my order at the window, it was missing two sandwiches meant for my kids.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but receiving an incorrect order after it was repeated is unusual.
I’m glad I checked the order before leaving, as I had to enter the restaurant to order the missing sandwiches.
