A+ business. Drive thru is very quick and easy. Staff is very kind and helpful. Verh thorough. I eat here maybe 2 or 3 times a week and have never had a problem with anything here.
Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu. They provide booster seats if needed. The servers are very good with kids. I watched one of the female servers bring a 5 year old boy his sandwich with a candle in it lit snd sang him happy birthday because when he had first came in with his family he was crying and upset. I'm not sure why he was upset buy she saw that and then heard it was his birthday and then did that. He went from sad to happy snd bashful quick. And didn't shed another tear for the rest of his time there. I wish i would have got her name. I would have definitely left a good review just for her to her manager. I'm sure the manager is aware of her excellent and over the top great customer service thing.

Upland location off of I-10. Chick fil a used to be one of the only restaurant to never get your order wrong. Now that is only In N Out ( I guess chick fil a is not on their level). My order has been wrong through the drive thru 3 times in a row and I don't find out until I'm home.

Very poor customer service, the woman, T, working in the striped shirt was unpleasant and rude. When thanked did not reply in accordance with chick fil a policy, appeared to roll her eyes and had an attitude when asked for condiments for my order. After I left the restaurant, T proceeded to walk to the other employees working the register and appeared to be having a heated moment expressing how frustrating the interaction with me was, in full view of the vehicle that I was parked in at the front of the store.
Food was not warm and they forgot the dessert that came with the kids meal.

Market Salad Not served as advertised. No grilled chicken Brest 3or4. Small thin slices of chicken. One or two blueberries and 4 pieces of strawberries. A ton of lettuce.Total rip off for $12

The visit to Chick fil A was pleasant as always but the doit was hot fresh and served quickly. However the food was bland a piece of fried chicken on bread no veggies no condiments . I don't think I'll be back.
