Unfortunately people who eat at the tables don’t clean up for themselves (not all people) and leave food on the table tops. Frequent table cleaning would be appreciated.

The old worker ruined my experience she made it difficult to give me a bigger portion. Being very stingy like it comes out of her check. I had to ask 3 times for more. A pinch of cheese?? Now let’s have some common sense. I hope you guys improve your customer service!

Never have I ever been disrespected by two employees at a fast food restaurant like I have today. To the guy wearing the mask serving the food and the girl next to him. If you two don’t like your jobs you shouldn’t be working there at a position where you are required to help people. Negative attitudes and poor customer service is not good. And take off your mask so people can hear what you’re asking them! We won’t come back. Negative employees equal poor service.

The place was clean staff was friendly but our food wasn’t fresh n the literally gave me those 2017 Chipotle Portions like they have the nerve to give me very tiny portions for double meat n the food is COLD!!!! I won’t be returning to this location!!!

They’ve reduced the amount of food in the bowl I used to buy. Now, I have to buy two bowls instead of one. This is ridiculous, I don’t know if it’s a new rule that I don’t recommend this location anymore.
I've been visiting this Chipotle since it opened, and it consistently delivers excellent Chipotle quality in taste and service. What's prompting this review is that I used them to cater a get together of 45 people, and I highly recommend! My guests LOVED it. I shopped around and it was really great value. Ordering was easy. Plus, they have options for a bunch of different party sizes and preferences.

I visited this Chipotle on a Saturday night, and I have to say, it was a very relaxing experience. While I’ve seen that the majority of reviews for this location are negative, I believe not everyone’s experience will be the same. I had a great time and found the staff to be extremely kind and helpful. All the gentlemen working that night were attentive and made my visit enjoyable.
I ordered a burrito, and the portions were reasonable. I also requested extra fajitas, which I absolutely love, and they were happy to accommodate. I even asked for a sample of the new honey chicken, and the staff kindly gave me one. It’s important to remember that improvements take time for any business, and each experience can differ. So don’t let the negative reviews fool you—this location provided me with excellent service, and I left satisfied.

I ordered a meal and they gave me half a scoop of chicken that didn't even fill the container like it was supposed to. I then tried a bite of the pinto beans and they tasted like absolutely nothing. I went and shared my concerns with the cashier and they decided to resolve the problem by giving me a plastic container of rock salt. They did nothing to resolve the terrible food service and I did not get my money's worth.

Never leave reviews, however this chipotle is the worst i've been to. I was ordering a half and half bowl, I understand I'll be charged for the more expensive meat, but they gave half a scoop of my sofritas, and less than half of the smoked brisket which I was charged for. The rice is also hard and cold consistently. Go to the Chipotle at the Colonies Crossroad on 19th instead

The server was trying so hard to keep up, (there was a couple behind me). She tossed food around and it landed on the counter more than in the bowl. The bowls were half empty so the filled it with lettuce. Not much meat so all I got was, mostly lettuce! I will not be coming back here again! Poorly trained staff.
