I had a great experience at this Chipotle location, which is not always the case with this chain at the store nearby my home. After I got my food I was sure to tell the staff that they were doing a great job and I appreciated their customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant and told them they were doing a great job.

bad customer service. i asked to get half salad and half rice, the person in the station acted annoyed and said its just salad then, even when i confirm with that person i want half and half, they ignored my request. also did not ask if i wanted beans, went straight to protein selection. never experienced something like this in other chipotle, feels weird. also food portion is so small im surprised.

Oh wow… they gave me barely any meat and like half the usual guac in my burrito lol. Maybe they’re just sticking to the standard, but that was hands down the emptiest burrito I’ve had in my 13 years of eating Chipotle. Avoid this place at all cost.

Never in my years of eating at different chipotles did I know they could run out of bowls. No bowls, only burrito or kids meal… couple behind me straight up left. To whoever is in charge of orders, please order more bowls!!! But the burrito smacked, food always tastes good.
