Never in my years of eating at different chipotles did I know they could run out of bowls. No bowls, only burrito or kids meal… couple behind me straight up left. To whoever is in charge of orders, please order more bowls!!! But the burrito smacked, food always tastes good.
Although I’m not expecting much customer service here, I find that at night when there’s not much of a line the “hurry up and leave” atmosphere not very warm or inviting. I respect the attempt to speed up the process - but if it’s at the expense of showing some sort of personability I find myself focus to criticize if the same amount of energy was put into the rest of the environment then 80% of the tables wouldn’t be dirty making it the customers job to clean them....
Every time when my wife and I we come and eat inside we always enjoyed but today Thursday September 7th, 2023. We were no impressed. The person who helped my wife Kyle he was very attentive and an excellent server. The girl in the middle was trying to serve the sofritas that was dry and burn. So, I told her not that is not good.
