Understaffed. Only one person doing all the work the last two times I visited. Took thirty minutes to make two salads because they only have one person both taking orders and making all the food. Will go somewhere that respects their staff more next time.

I had the Santa Fe salad and my husband had the bbq salad choppanini. They were both delicious! My husband called it "girl dinner" but after he had a bite he was very very satisfied. We definitely will be back. It's been a few hours but we're still very full! New favorite quick food spotThe location was clean and had lots of space as well which was nice since it's so hot this week

I could literally eat their salad bowls all day, every day. It was my first time at this location and when i first got there, it was empty but as i finished paying more people were coming in.I like that they have preset bowls as well as build your own bowls. Service was nice, the guy working was cool and very welcoming.Food takes about 10 minutes or so. I like that everything is literally chopped into bite size pieces. Makes it easier to eat as well.I got the viva mexico chop, one of the best.The store looks like every other location however this one was pretty clean inside.

Had this for dinner last night & it did not disappoint. It was empty when I got there so I was able to walk right on in and order. I got the bbq chop no beans extra ranch & the viva mexico chop. After I sat down to wait, 3 parties came in and it was poppin.Workers were very nice, food came out great. Will be back! I do have to note last week I arrived at 8:50 (they close at 9) and I know I didn't want to be those people but I just got out of class and was starving for a salad but when I got there, the doors were closed and lights were off already!

Ordered in person on our first visit and we were pleased. Order was correct and good portion size of salad and dressing. Second visit we ordered online and although receipts taped to the salads were correct there were a few items added and not omitted as ordered. Also salads were not as full as well as dressing cups.

I was a bit concerned about coming here since I had seen a review about them only giving half portions my usual location is the one in rancho but I was going towards upland so I came here instead, unfortunately I was given half portion just as I worried it's just a big inconvenience since this was going to be my first meal of the day and I won't be able to go for a refund til later, I called and informed them they said it was because they were running low on lettuce? So they portion it out as much they could, I believe that's unfair I would have waited if it meant a full serving, I'm still paying full price so why am I receiving less?Update - same day different location This is the usually portion I receive just so people can compare and know the difference - just remember you're paying $14 for this salad

Came in girl had an attitude whole time, and was given half a portion from a salad . When asked to remake because I wasn't satisfied they just added lettuce ? Also avocado didn't look good.

Meh. I was excited to try this place out as I love me some good salads but the flavor was lacking, and the overall quality of my salad (Cobb) and my son's wrap was mediocre. My salad barely had enough dressing and it felt watered down. It also had some pieces of bacon I had to spit out because they were too hard/impossible to chew on. My son's wrap was so bland, and the rice was crunchy, as in undercooked. I didn't even make him attempt to finish half. Also, I was thinking mine and my daughter's salad bowls were huge because I ordered the small for both YET after looking at the receipt, I confirmed I was in fact charged for the regulars. I normally would've complained about all of the above to them but we were super tight on time so we had to go. $50 down the drain and we're still hungry, definitely won't be coming back to this place again...

They took away the Tuna chopped salad off the menu. That is the Dumbest move ever. You have lost me as a customer.
