Veronica, the supervisor hit the pen with an object attached to it that the server had in her hand and it hit me on forehead near my right eye. Neither apologized. When I asked Veronica why the server was so quiet, not talking to us she said her workers just woke up and came straight to work. It was about 5:45 p.m. Then I got served 2 cups of coffee that were nearly cold. Then they added an extra 2.50 to my bill that wasn't on the menu. Then Veronica said she didn't say what me and my friend heard her say about her workers barely waking up and coming to work. So in essence she was calling us liars. She then said the general manager would review the video footage that has audio but he isn't here and won't be until Wednesday.

The food was cool. Nothing spectacular but it was good. But our waiter he was actually really really good. Took care of every thing we needed and was really quick with it. Atmosphere was cool until somebody brought their little babies in and couldn't control them.

On our visit to Coco's we met up with a longtime friend for breakfast. Our waitress was great, but the food was bland. No flavor in the breakfast burrito, oatmeal was too thick and lukewarm and the Lumberjack breakfast, well, the bacon wasn't fully cooked and the eggs were runny/watery.
Maybe on our next visit breakfast foods will better. One could only hope.

I had lunch with 8 of my friends. My meal (country fried steak) was delicious! Our server, Ed, was so personable, friendly, and efficient that our lunch became a dining experience. We all thoroughly enjoyed our slice of pie for dessert, which is their special on Wednesdays. I highly recommend this Coco's on Euclid in Upland!

I would like to start off ny saying that I've always come to this restaurant in Upland. So far I've never had an experience as I did today. My son and I walked in to cool off and get a decent meal. That didn't happen. It was 97 or so outside, and I expected it to be much cooler inside. It wasn't. Granted I was walking but I expected it to be a much noticeable difference in the air. It was like there was no air conditioning at all. And I was surprised that people in there didn't notice it. We were seated after they saw us, and we still had to wait for a waitress to walk over to ask if we wanted a drink. I think the manager finally asked us if we wanted something to drink. After receiving our drinks, she didn't say your server will be with you . Nothing. After looking at the menu, we noticed that noone even came to us. The waitress walked over to a couple not too far from us. She could have easily tuned around and acknowledge us. But nothing. We realized that we were actually being IGNORED purposely. It was the most awful experience ever in a restaurant. After being ghosted in a restaurant, which had only a few people actually eating, I was fed up and got up and walked away. Told my son let's go. I walked up to the manager, or whoever she was, told her that nobody acknowledged us, and the restaurant was too hot. I would pay for my drinks, but she said its ok. We could go. We left gladly. I don't know what happened to Cocos. But I will never step foot in that restaurant ever again. They must pick and choose who they cater to
Apparently it wasn't my son and myself. Funny, but we are as people like to put it Hispanic. I personally don't like that category. Just remember all, those cooks in the back room are Mexican (Latino). We were the only Hispanics waiting to be served. Apparently we can't eat in a restaurant, only work in the BACKROOM. Maybe that waitress didn't feel we deserved to eat in there. Just saying all. As my father who by the way served in WW11, used to say becareful who you give your money too. Thank God they didn't get any of MINE!!

Such a pleasant Coco's. I think its the last one to exist, yet I may be severely incorrect. The chocolate cream pie was amazing as it always has been. Rosa was a fantastic server, and she deserved that +30% tip. Hope this shoppe stays around to serve pie forever.

Came here with my daughters and my mom.
after buying my first Black 2020 Mercedes.
The food was great . I came here another time with my childern.
and my key to my blue nissan was taken by the waiter staff playing g.a.m.e.s. After searching for the Key , the waiter staff magically
return the key which had a yellow and black tag. I believe.
Staff at this location started playing games

I had a take out dinner consisting of chicken friend steak, the small plate. It was absolutely delicious! The steak was scrumptious, the vegetables were tender and tasty, and the mashed potatoes were extremely tasty!!
I walked in and ordered it and within 12-15 minutes it was ready. All of the utensils wee in the bag, napkins too, and the salt and pepper!
All in all, it was an excellent meal, especially for the price!! I also gave a tip!
