I got envited for b/fast 06-26-25 9am...food is 5/10 service one young lady 9/10 atmosphere is BAD place looks like the 80's is dirty,stsins,missing plaster of the walls,ceilling stains,seat are ripped, outside is trashy, like homeless live there....I won't never come back.

We were visiting Upland to get some skates from the local skate vendor. When we saw there was a CoCo's in Upland we were elated!! The is no Coco's in Pasadena, or its surrounding cities.
We have always loved Coco's, to find one in Upland was a rare find! the service was good & food was so good we even ordered additional food to take home with us for the next day!
If you dont mind a 45 min. to 1 hr drive for good food, Coco's is worth the drive!!

The food was good but our waiter had possibly a bad day? A cup of ice t loaded with ice is maybe 3 sips? Yes we asked for ice tea 3 times. The attitude of our waiter was not great towards this request. I asked for ice t and she said in Spanish no worry's we can charge you. I said no worries charge me I’m thirty. She came back my brother asked for ice t and she said In Spanish you want me to just bring the fridge? Well I don’t know how to really take of this. But her 15 dollar tip with the big party was my response.

Last of the family restaurants, this spot is a vintage treasure! Food is good service is prompt and attentive. The variety of pies to choose from is good, from the standards to must try new ones. It's definitely a place to put the phones down and have a conversation. The place is surrounded by forest trees and a nice view of the mountains.
