Came here a few months ago during the summer. It was when they had that collaboration with Mattel when they were promoting the Barbie Movie. I saw the Barbie movie opening night and then came here to try out the ice cream. I was not disappointed it tasted like childhood. I don't know why I even bothered to tip when I placed my order online. None of my mix ins were actually mixed in. No one said hello when I got there and I'm pretty sure I saw the girl roll her eyes after I made an attempt to get their attention when I walked up to the Uber eats pick up and no one acknowledged me. Check #67, 1/14/24 at 7:55pm. Attaching photo of giant chunk of cookie dough. Oh and they forgot my wife's waffle cone.

I nearly faint when I have to eat anywhere other than home. I was hungry and hadn't had ice cream in quite a long time. I walked in this Thursday and was greeted promptly. I told the server I abstain from gluten for health reasons and doctors' orders. She pulled out a sheet and read me my options and went through the same procedure when I asked about toppings. She asked if she should prepare this in an allergy format and away from all of the other items there. I nearly cried. Thank you.

Every time we dash cold stone it comes from this location. The last 3 times we ordered our toppings have not came mixed in. I get the cheesecake fantasy and the berries sit on top and not mixed in. The strawberries are bad. We pay extra to get additional toppings and almost always is the topping missing. Hopefully the in-person experience is better but when it's online it's careless.

$7.99 for "Love it" size. It's their medium. The lady that helped was super friendly. Cheerful too! No complaints on service. She welcomed us and offered taste tests. They have a variety of flavors as you expect at any Cold Stone Creamery. The choices were endless. The place was clean and they do have a few tables and chairs that allow only a handful of guests. Overall, it was an ok experience $$$.
My favorite of all the Cold stones I've been to.They keep the petite ice cream cakes on hand, which is awesome to pick up when on your way to a friends house & don't want to show up empty handed.But most importantly the customer service here is unmatched. I went in this week & Faith was very sweet & patient with me.She gave the best recommendations. What she suggested was delicious, and I think that's what I will order from now on. I've also been helped by Trey or Ty (not sure which was his name) but he was also super nice. These people know about good customer service, which is why I will continue to go to this location.

I just went to this location and spend $32 on ice cream and my son but into his ice cream and almost broke his tooth in a hard white rock. I definitely won't be coming to this location anymore.

I wanted to be sure Jacob received at least this review for today...My husband and I went into Cold Stone in Upland on 7/2/23. The employee there, Jacob, was very nice and cordial even though the line was long, he greeted everyone and was very apologetic for the wait time. He had problems with a non-functioning register which he couldn't even try to fix because he was by himself, but he made sure everyone got exactly what they wanted and was very nice to all.Kudos to Jacob!
