I love Crumbl! I go every week to try their new cookies. Their cookies do not disappoint, however, this location does need a bit of TLC when it comes to the customer service. Unfortunately, their curbside spots are always taken by customers who go inside to pick up their cookies rather than doing the curbside option. Also, when you walk in, you’re never greeted.
Ordered 8 large cookies, mixed 4 in each box. When she handed me the 2 boxes they were dirty. The girl did not remove her gloves and therefore there were cookie dough prints on the 2 boxes. Wonderful Mother’s Day gift dirty boxes.She used the same scissors that she used to cut the box that had the single cookie boxes in to cut open the tip of the chocolate frosting.
