Horrible service, they had 0 customers only 1 drive thru and they couldn't take my order in perdon instead of there order machine. I had coupons. Very disappointed at there customer service there going ti loose alot of loyal customers hiring lazy worthless employees. Big fan of del taco for over 30 years so I'm very disappointed in there laziness no good employees

The two employees working at this location at 345pm on Sunday November 24 were very rude. A younger lady and older woman. So rude intook my business somewhere else. Refused to break my 20 bill saying they had no change.rediculous

I love love love their cream cheese filled desserts. Although with the economy the way it is they are half the size and twice the price. But still delicious ? I went thru drive thru this Sunday around 11am and the lady at the window obviously hates her job I know customer service is hard dealing with people is not easy but get another job if you hate it that bad. Life is too short. Find something you love to do and live your best life ?

Got a call this place old Reliable. Normally Del Taco 24 hours very consistent and their food quality. I can happily say dislocation, always gets my food right and out fast. the staff here is very friendly. I would definitely recommend trying this location.

I just wanted to say that the food and the experience and the customer service was outstanding Max who served me my breakfast this morning around 5:00 was clear and concise and took my order and was very professional I highly recommend him for upper management he is a rising star in your company thank you very much Max you made my day.
Parking: The location is beautiful and is aesthetically pleasing with a lot of trees and grass.
Kid-friendliness: Max is one of your most outstanding employees it was a pleasure I live over on off 4th Street and I actually drive to the Upland Del Taco because it has better service.

Today I had the privilege of meeting Armando (Manager) as I ate inside the restaurant. He helped me with the Del Taco app as I was navigating how to enter receipt information (I forgot to scan at register) to get Rewards points. He was very helpful and made sure I was having a great experience.
