1 star because I put zero stars. The lady preparing the food was preparing my salad in a plate she was pulling receipts from, very unsanitary. I had ordered ahead of time time and still didn’t have my order ready I was waiting for over 30 minutes, I had to cancel my order for my salad. They only refunded me the salad not my cheese cake and they didn’t put in my bag. Lastly the the lady was wearing some see through pjs, very unprofessional attire.

Karla was our waitress for breakfast this morning. She is more than a good waitress - KARLA is a GREAT waitress.
The resturant it self needs some love. The seats in several booths gave torn upholstery. Dennys can do better.

My husband and I came for dinner one late evening. We were greeted by the server Andrew, despite him being the only server at the time he managed to help us taking our order and the most professional and cheerful way. His positive attitude and his enthusiasm was what made our visit so pleasant. If you come to the Upland Denny’s I really hope that you are helped by Andrew one of the best servers I have had!

Our night was ruined here. That Andrew server is the same one from another location and he’s completely unprofessional. He’s always in a sour mood and couldn’t care less about a customer experience. The food was amazing so props to the chefs hopefully during our CA stay we can try this one out again without him on shift

Patty our server was exceptional. She was quick and always around asking if we needed anything else. Not only that, the people sitting next to us forgot their keys and she went our of her way with urgency to return their keys! 10/10

I would like to thank Patty. She did an awesome job. She was really good and courteous and asking every time, if we needed something she gave us the drinks we wanted, she was a very pleasant she was a very awesome waitress, so I would like to have her every time I come to Danny's. Thank you
Usually this Denny's is really good with customer service and seating etc. But lately it seems to be chaotic and short staffed. Besides busy & making you wait for a table when there was empty tables but weren't cleaned.
