The biggest thing that makes or breaks chain restaurants is the service. The service at this location has been consistently good in my experience. Today it was exceptional. My coffee was topped off frequently and the staff was friendly.

We usually enjoy coming here but for the past two weeks their heater has been down. Costumers shivering and rushing to finish their meals cause it’s too cold. Also, the smell in here today is bad! Almost left because of it. But our server and food was over all good! Thank you Karla for your friendly and prompt service, you always make us feel welcomed
