I'm honestly baffled by this location. How can a cafe call itself a cafe when ALL the outlets are covered and unavailable to customers? I came in last week hoping to charge my MacBook, and every single outlet was blocked off. I'm assuming this was done to prevent homeless people from camping there for hours, but it's a terrible inconvenience for paying customers like myself.

As someone who just wanted to relax and get some work done, it felt like a waste of time. This type of policy is simply not acceptable, and management really needs to reconsider this decision. If you're craving Dunkin' Donuts , it's better to either use the drive- thru or go in knowing you won't be able to charge your devices.
For that reason, I'm giving this location a 1- STAR review.

My husband and I love coming here. The only problem is with the donuts. The glaze/frosting always comes off because of the set up. I wish they could fix that.

I ordered on Uber eats, and they had none of the products I ordered yet didn't want to cancel the order. So I don't know what the heck they were going to serve me, but that's ghetto! Please be professional, and if you dont have the product, then cancel the order. Don't try to falsify the product you are selling me to make yourselves look good. If I could give 0 I would. So disappointed in customer service these days.

Terrible service. They took more than 10 minutes to serve us while they helped everyone else, and when we asked, they told us they were not serving in any particular order. They were rude and condescending.

So this was my first time trying Dunkin. It was absolutely horrible. Here’s why; the bagel I ordered seemed like it had been sitting out for days aka hard. The eggs,cheese etc was cold. Mind you it was pretty early in the morning. Why wasn’t it fresh? Then the hash browns were soaked in oil, I gagged. I even went back to have the hash brown replaced and got the same cold stuff. I’ll never be back! Do better for the next people to go to your location.

I really wish people would learn common sense. Everytime i go through this drive through my car is almost destroyed because people have to dignity to let anyone go in front of them. The drive through has two entrances but everytime i go i have to let the whole other side go or else im cursed at or my bumber almost comes off. Like it is very much common sense that when they are two entrances that one side goes and then the other and again. But not at this drive through the customers are very very rude and im debating coming back because this is a constant issue, im worried for my life.

Ok the customer service is outstanding!
My favorite coffee is the butter cookie cold brew omg bomb delicious ? and today I got a English muffin sausage and egg sandwich wow it taste so good and fresh❤️ and I love their chocolate and glazed donut small bite size. I got ten!!? Thank you Dunkin Staff here at the Upland location keep up the great work. Also very clean inside and comfortable. ?❤️☕️

Completed an online order. Picked it up and was ready on time. We ordered a breakfast sandwich, egg wrap half dozen donuts and 2 drinks. Everything was bagged for pick up. When we walked in to pick up no staff said anything to us. We looked at all the pick up items to find ours. After leaving with our items we found there was no napkins, straws or utensils. Not very welcoming and did not bag everything you need to consume the items. Food was just ok tasting and very over priced for what it is. I suggest saving your money and just make your own breakfast and get donuts at an actual donut shop.

We ordered through Postmates & they forgot two of our drinks and our donut and gave us a totally different donut and the food looks disgusting. Do they even read the order??? Horrible. This is the second time they’ve messed up our order.
