The absolute best coffee and baristas. The coffee is so much better tasting than Starbucks, Philz, Dunkin, etc. The staff is always friendly and efficient. They always make it fun even if you're only ordering a small black coffee.

I don’t usually do reviews unless they do me dirty 3 times in a row, I always ask for a soft top on my drink an extra Carmel sugar-free and this is the third time of them not putting me what I’ve asked for the first two times I told them if they could change it they did with an attitude so I don’t know how that was my fault and on the third time it was my last strike. I told them you missed my soft top and extra caramel which I paid for so I told them what they did wrong and I said it’s OK give me my drink. I’ll go about my day so I’m not seeing the place is bad. The drinks are good, but you have to teach them how to do their jobs 90% of the time.

They dropped my drink in the car and then my girlfriends drink had a whole in the bottle left my car a disaster honestly made me so infatuated

I love Dutch bros but I just have one little request if you guys can start delivering like on DoorDash or uber eats because some people are not able to make to get there drinks in person so delivery will help out so many people

First and last time at Dutch bros...Kids busy on their phones while working..the coffee was so bitter I couldn't drink it. And my other drink was basically a milk shake. Too sweet to finish. I don't understand why the constant long line.

So honestly I can't say anything about the drinks that they serve as I've never had one. I just wanted to post this in hopes it reaches the correct people. This bag of trash that somehow ended up in the middle of a busy point of entry and exit was repeatedly ran over while the employees watched and did absolutely nothing. It took all of about three minutes of my time to actually track down a broom, dustpan, and a trashcan and I picked up the mess with the full attention of your employees again watching. I returned the items I had acquired from another business close by and left passing your establishment I got past Denny's and turned around because I felt not only offended by the actions of the employees but I wanted to ask the girl at the order window if she was aware of the mess knowing that she was watching me clean it and of course she said oh really is there I'll get an employee to go clean it up. I then told her that that's unnecessary as I just did it myself and I informed her that the two taking orders in the driveway knew of the mess and only watched it get worse and she just shrugged it off.

I discovered Dutch Bros more than 10 years ago up in the bay area and elsewhere up north. They were my daily stop. I was pleasantly surprised when they started opening locations in Socal. The taste and quality is still there. I have to say though, this location left me wondering what happened to the great service I've always had, no matter what the location. This location is busy, but you'll be hard pressed to find one that isn't. Yes, the girl was friendly, but there was an air of unorganized chaos in the store. That only adds to the wait. The walk up window wasn't busy, just a couple people, but the wait was more than 15 minutes. I hope this isn't the norm here.

The coffee was good. But the person was taking my order was not very helpful or nice.
This location has honestly gone so downhill in the past few months! Today at 9:53 AM the young girl in the window clearly needs to retake her food safety courses because she handed my drink to a customer who cut me in line without confirming the drink with her first and then she took my drink back inside the window after the customer already had taken possession of it. I then asked her to please remake my drink because I don’t know what that woman’s hands have touched and she acted like I was being unreasonable. I then notified her that it is unsanitary and against code to take any food items back through the window. What I did not tell her is that I work with the county. And then when I corrected her and told her that she should not have done that she copped an attitude with me.
