I just went through the drive-through and ordered my meal. Natalia Took my order. I just want to say that she was the friendliest, most considerate and helpful drive-through employee that I have ever come into contact with. My food was great, but regardless of how my food was I really just want to point out that that was the best drive-through experience I’ve had. Thank you, Natalia.

Is a very nice and helpful person. I remember her back in Rancho Cucamonga Pollo Loco.
She is also a very hard worker at Pollo Loco. Never minds giving a hand and a does it with a great smile. She is a people person. We always enjoy when she is working and she is very fun to be around her. A Great worker. :)

Is a very hard working employee.
I remember her from the other Pollo Loco in Rancho Cucamonga on Haven Ave.
She has a Great attitude and is very helpful with her customers.
She is very fun to be around with and makes you feel at home. She doesn't mind questions and is always willing to help. Managers/Employees like her are hard to find.
El Pollo Loco in Upland is very lucky to have her.

Stay away from this location!!! I had a simple order, 1 avocado chicken taco and a burrito. My taco literally had 2 little bites of chicken and no avocado. I also asked for the cilantro dressing and didn’t get that either. $19 for trash

One employee yelled and literally verbally assaulted me because I said the chicken burrito had no enough chicken or none at all, only beans and rice
Also the Manager who tried to handle the situation
was worst because did not respected enough the customers complains and minimized her employee agressive attitude, besides that location had a sanitizer liquid by the drinks and when asked about that he lied about the sanitizer solution being by the drinks area for "orders of the city"
He did not know my daughter husband is a restaurant manager and absolutelly is a lie.

I went to this location on 5/23/24 and purchased a salad and what was supposed to be a burrito that I was charged $10.99 for. This is what I got there is no way this is a burrito and of course I can't find my receipt. I'm so disappointed

Since their reopening, I’ve gone twice to this location, and both times they have gotten my order wrong. I always ask for a classic burrito, but instead of tinga, I ask for chicken breast. I come home, take a bite and I get chicken tinga. WHATS GOING ON HERE?!!! This place is not busy for my order to be wrong every time. If the next time I go to this location, I will open my burrito in front of workers and ask they WHY?!

My coworker and I stopped here after work a bit before closing time. There was a very aggressive man in the lobby yelling at the staff about taxes and acting very irrational, holding up the line inside and in the drive thru. Even being yelled at and disrespected, the staff tried very hard to resolve this man’s “problem” so they could de-escalate the situation.The team was very apologetic to my friend and I who patiently waited for the crazed man to leave, which they definitely did not need to apologize for. The manager, who is a VERY kind man, ended up giving my friend and I free drinks. This team definitely cares about their customer service even when they’re trying to help out an overreactive customer and all the people who have to wait for the crazies to leave.Aside from that, the burrito I ordered was so bomb. I’ve ordered from here twice now since they recently opened up and they definitely have the best cooking out of all the Pollo Locos in the area.This team and restaurant are great!
