Had a unusually bad day.
After spending the day at my brother's funeral and not eating a thing all day I was craving some chicken tacos.
We spent over $100 on our meal and it was completely awful! the end to one of the worst days ever. I didnt even go back to complain because I just wanted the day to end...

El Pollo Loco is a place we count on for tasty, healthy food at a good price. The quality is high and reliable across every location we've been to. El Pollo is one of our favorite travel food stops and we often pick a stop based on the presence of an El Pollo Loco. The flame-cooked chicken is outstanding, and the pinto beans simple with a slightly spicy excellent taste. Great choice for a great tasting meal that's healthy too!

Excellent customer service!!! A++++ ordered food in drive through, they had forgotten 4 tacos. I went back in they apologized made the tacos and gave me churros for the inconvenience.

I ordered 2pollo bowls and wanted to add lettuce to my bowl. When I got home my pollo bowl had 3 tiny pieces of lettuce and and 4 tiny pieces of chicken swimming in nothing but bean it looked more like I had ordered a soup of beans. I called right away to speak to the manager and the manager who claimed to be the manger Rene was the most rudest person I had to deal with. He refused to replace my bowls and screamed at me in very broken English so I asked him to speak Spanish to me better to see if that would help the situation better. It was worst he continued to be rude and told be that if I asked for lettuce in my food why didn’t I just buy a salad. He refused to credit the order and said that he would not exchange the gross bowls he himself had made. He continued to argue and treat me horribly and then hanged up on me. I will be reporting this horrible person to corporate and exposing him. I will not allow him to continue running business as he pleases and treating customers like this. He has no customer service ethics

Clean,welcoming,however 2 visits as I watch others obtain their foods, ive had to ask where my order was,and I believe from the reactions and prompt making of my order, I had been for gotten.
I used the app and ordered to go and picked up my order which was waiting for me.
