Fratello's Pizza & Pasta

Ok the service and people are nice but we got two pies to go and a salad. I was disappointed. Now a lot of people like this place so I don’t want to trash. I thought the topping were light, the crust has chew but not crispy. We gotta an Antipasta salad it was good but I think it’s Italian dressing they buy in bulk it was Orange in color kinda weird Ranch was Ranch. In then we had four people eating the pizza all four say they would rather had a slice from Sam’s Club.

I would say they're lasagna and their spaghetti is the best in like three counties San Bernardino County,Los Angeles County and Orange County. The food makes up for any lack of customer service but most of the time their owners or owner is very friendly

I have lived all over the U.S. and am from Upland. This is my go to pizza spot hands down no contest. The pizza is consistently the best ive ever had. Crust is always perfectly crispy and the toppings and sauce is always so complimentary of each other. They said you put good in you get good out. This is a prime example. They use top quality ingredients and its made with love. If you are in the area this is a must.

If you’d like to feel belittled, incompetent and enjoy be publicly embarrassed this would be the place. I must’ve fit the demographic of someone that would walk into a business and EXPECT to pay less than what’s required. How about get clarity or understanding from your customer before assuming they can’t pay for something they asked for. A lesson in empathy and comprehension would do whoever was in charge today.
Had been here before with family and even coworkers but won’t be returning or recommending again.

This place is INSANELY GOOD. I ordered the lasagna—the portion size was giant and it was DIVINE. The garlic bread is also soooo good. Bf got a pizza which was great as well. We’re excited to come back and try all the pastas.
