Great little ice cream spot! The 4 scoop sampler is my go to order.

Ice cream is and was delicious but on looking at my receipt I did only receive one cone. Bringing my original review of 5 stars to 4. I had seen the cashier look at the receipt but thought nothing of it since I had left a tip. Wasn’t till the other day that I noticed the extra charge. Service was okay nothing out of the ordinary or extraordinary. Thank you for the service and delicious ice cream. Still look forward to the next time I get to go again :)

Home made ice cream what!!!! Yesssss!!! This is the spot. They have a wide variety of ice cream, we love coming here when we want a cool desert!! The lines get long at times, but they move pretty quickly, so the wait time is not so bad. The reward is in the ice cream!!!!

ever changing flavors, get to have a small taste before committing. Can get cones, box of 4 different flvored scoops, pint , gallon whatever your taste buds desire. You won't regret one taste or more, and ring home a treasure.

I’ve lived in Upland for 17 years and have been coming to handles for a long time. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences due to the workers but today I just feel I have to say something. My daughter received an award at school for her academic accomplishments. The reward was a handles ice cream scoop, and she was so excited to cash in her reward, but the experience today was so negative. It felt like because it was a free scoop I was looked down upon. The scoop she got looked like the girl used a kitchen tea spoon to scoop the ice cream and put that on top of the cone. I’ve never received a scoop that looked like that in all my years as a paying customer, but I guess they looked at me like a beggar. Dear handles if you are not whole heartedly giving these awards then just don’t give them. Kids get so excited and to have them treated like this is so wrong. I think it’s going to be along time before I return to handles again. People who give just to show off they give are not ok with me.

Best strawberry shake I have ever had. I always choose the monster size. The ice cream is also very good. The only knock on the establishment is the line and wait time. But it's worth it to me. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Tonight I went in to get a banana split but they were unfortunately out. However, the young women helping us (gen z girl, short black hair) had 0 hospitality and customer service skills. No smile, no greeting, blank mopey face the whole transaction. How are you going to be in a bad mood working at an ice cream place??

Mega Banana Split for less than $10 and it very very delicious 🤤, it hit the spot for sure on a hot simmering day.

First time there we always saw the line long said this must be a good spot,so we tried it, it gets five🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤,found the spot for my sweet tooth

My favorite part was looking at the menu and walking away with nothing because literally no one took our order.
