IHOP is always my go to restaurant. Open 24hrs. The food is amazing, service is always great and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it for any day.

This is by far the slowest and worst iHop in Southern California. That’s coming from someone who travels a lot on the road and frequently stops at ihops. Got here with an hour and 10 minutes to spare before having to hit the road again. Figured okay that’s more than enough time. Sit down, get our drinks and place our orders within 5-8 minutes. Then get our food 40 minutes later!!!! During that time we noticed the restaurant only had 3 tables sat, us and 2 others. The kitchen was putting out dishes and the servers were filling them up in to go bags. Figured they were mobile or call in orders. Nope my suspicion came to be true. Watch the server start taking food out of the bags that were accidentally placed in there on plates. Surprise it’s my tables order. Finally get the food. My breakfast burrito is cold, and soggy, like it’s been sitting in a plastic container for a while not a plate. My daughter’s steak tips are burnt, it’s like chewing a tire. The waffles are cold as well. We asked for the check as soon as we got our food since time was almost out. Will never stop here again. Upland needs to get their head in the game . Next time I’ll stop at a McDonald’s in the next town over.

Horrible!! They messed up my take out order. I ordered the burrito that according to the menu has bell peppers inside. They gave me the one without AND charged me MORE for it!!! It was barely edible. The one I usually get from Denny's tastes amazing comparing to this garbage, and it costs HALF the price! I HOPe this crappy IHOP goes out of business. They're scammers and they suck.

The service was OK, but it could have been better. My friend and I were only checked on a couple of times. One of those times, I asked for a box and waited a long time. I think he forgot about it. I also didn't really like the food this time. The spicy poblano omelet had almost no shredded beef. I was really looking forward to it, so I was really disappointed.

Worst service ever... everything took forever...half of the food came out and the other half was 20 mins later.. we had to ask for silverware, napkins and keep reminding that we needed cup of ice and refills... ill never come back here.. my girlfriend started getting food containers for us because no one else would..
