Plenty of parking around, fast service, place gets packed like most in-N-out"s No heaters outside on their outside seating and it gets really cold during this time
This in n out location has always been my favorite, but the last 3 times I’ve gone, it took 45 minutes to get through the line, and it was not at peak hours. I don’t know if they hired a bunch of new people, but they all seem like they’re 18 and they spend 3-5 minutes with each car- it’s ridiculous. Im only going to go to the one in the colonies from now on because even though it has long lines, at least they run it like a normal in n out.
Great burger and service but the fries were hard as a rock.

I’ve only been here a few times at night in the drive through. I loved the experience very fast and friendly. Nice big location great outdoor seating with a view of the freeway 🛣️. Very busy sometimes

More nostalgia than anything I guess growing up in SoCal had some fond memories at inn n out
I have always praised how in and out is the only fast food chain that has always stayed reasonably priced and for the most part do not make mistakes. Well, not only have the prices increased (still reasonable), but my burger was exact opposite of what I ordered. I ordered a #3 well done with raw onions, pickles and spread. I received a #3 with lettuce and tomato, bcz I could see it. I told the guy what I ordered. He asked if I wanted him to fix it but I am thinking, I can take the lettuce and tomato off, so I just asked for pickels. When I reached home (N of 24th and W of Euclid) the lettuce was welted, the tomato mush (this is why I don't get them in the first place), no onions and of course it was not welldone. My dog was thankful for the patty. So what do I do? Drive all the way back to have them remake my order? Then what good is it when the fries are cold. Or, not say anything and feel lucky I got what I got? Here's the thing, if no one complains then nothing will ever improve. If the customer pays for something they should expect it to be the way they ordered it. I do not like to complain and I am aware that mistakes happen, however, there is no reason for this to happen.. There is no solution, it is what it is. It is ashame that fast food employees are making more than some people with degrees and not have to pay attention to the details.
I am just disappointed.

One of my favorite fast food restaurants of all time. The beef is high quality and made fresh to order. The prices are incredibly reasonable in this time of high inflation, so that's also nice.
Try getting your burger protein style (lettuce replaces bun) with grilled onions and enjoy!

I worked at the In-N-Out throughout high school in Pasadena from 1961-62....what a delight. Unfortunately, tonight I received the worst cheeseburger...Oct. 31 at 7:00pm. The bun was water soaked...a tasteless experience. Sad.
