Lately, In-N-Out has started to feel more like McDonald’s. The staff seems very rushed to get customers in and out, and the customer service has really gone downhill. My order has been messed up twice, and even when I specifically ask for well-done fries, they still come out soggy. It’s disappointing because I usually enjoy this place, but the experience has been very frustrating lately.

The buyers here were good. The staff was on task and they made good food.
In-N-Out in Upland is amazing. The food is delicious, the staff are very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The quality of the food is top-notch. This restaurant is also very consistent, delivering the same taste every single time I go. My favorite order here is a three-by-three animal style with extra toasted bun and no tomato. If you are someone who loves fresh, amazingly good burgers, then this restaurant is for you.

This is my late night go-to stop on my way home from events. It's clean and busy, the staff is friendly and my order comes up fast. I always feel safe stopping to use the restroom or grab a bite for the final stretch of the drive home.
I'm not sure when the parking lot became a hangout for high schoolers but the last couple of times I've been up there a lot of the spots were taken up by kids just hanging out by their cars. I'm not even sure they were going into the restaurant as customers.
