I've gone here several times and have been disappointed. Food appears to have been sitting not fresh at all. I ask for no onions and they have not once got my order correct. They always send you to a door because there is a timer at the window and they don't want to go pass the time your order should be out. I will not be going threw here again even though it's local. There is another location on azusa that is much better

The ignorance of the management of this Jack-in-the-Box is beyond anything I have ever witnessed in my life. 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru two mornings in a row for a single order of french toast sticks. Piss poor management especially when there's two cars in front of you and you get to the window and you're still waiting 10 minutes.
