This place is unacceptable, whenever i try to get a sandwich they tell me theres no bread and i think thats ironic being a sandwich place. I would really recommend going with subway as they always have bread and seem to never run out. The fact that its not even about them not having bread.

The food was good. The service was okay. The neighborhood is good. The place is clean. There is no line to wait to get service. The parking space there is not the greatest. Not too hard to find. The price little expensive .??️Parking: They don't have enough parking place here. There's a lot of store here not enough parking here.

Incredibly rude staff. Blonde cashier pushed the food I ordered towards me without say anything. No one greets when you enter.

This Jersey Mike's is consistently low quality sandwiches. Meats usually taste off and breads are slightly stale. Not the usual Jersey Mike's experience. It's just not up to par with other Jesery Mike's. If your in Upland go to the Jersey Mike's near Whole foods, that one is consistently good.

Visited this location for the first time. Ordered a chipotle chicken Philly sandwich. Took my order to go. Got back to work. I was about half way through my sandwich and pulled out a medium length black hair. Completely disgusted, I opened the sandwich and there was another black hair mixed in the melted cheese. Called location to let them. Staff should definitely be wearing hair nets and the man who grilled the chicken should definitely cut his hair.

Jersey Mike's is probably my favorite of all the sandwich chains so my rating is based on this. Ingredients have been fresh on all of my visits. 4 stars on this visit because the bread was hard. Other than that, this is a good spot with friendly employees.

They completely butchered the order. Asked for a plain cheesesteak and they made sure to cover it in everything we DIDNT ask for.

I order here frequently through door dash. Today I received a sub in a tub and it was the most beautiful display! Everything was placed was perfectly! Also worker wrote a kind note on the box! So sweet!! Thank you to whoever that was!!

Came in today to order a sandwich. Ordered a #26 and they didn't ask me what I wanted on it. They then hand me a completed sandwich. When I tell them I am allergic to tomato and don't want lettuce. They proceed to tell me that "that's the way the sandwich comes if you don't order it special, no worries though, we can make you another sandwich" I said thanks so much. Next time I will be sure to let you guys know ahead of time. Nice of them to remake my sandwich for free. I'll be sure to order the correct way next time. This place has good sandwiches and even better service

Oh man. I’ve never posted a review before and I really feel bad rating this place so low, but they broke a glass oil bottle today while putting it back after making my sandwich mikes way, and the way it was handled was honestly shocking. First and foremost I had no idea the vinegar and oil bottles were glass, probably because I never cared to look. But why do you have workers using those bottles with latex gloves and those products? Oil, latex, and glass over food, what a wonderful idea. And of course it shattered today. My sandwich was on the tray being assembled, still open, when the bottle slipped and exploded between the window and vegetables. It went into all of the vegetables and bacon and she quickly put mayo on my sandwich and closed it, that was mistake #1. Additionally, instead of anyone coming and helping this poor girl a red head on grill came, took tomatoes and lettuce from the food that was exposed to shattered glass and put it on sandwich meat that was being cooked, mistake #2. The color in this girl who broke the glasses face was drained, and I get it I’m 19 and this kind of stuff has happened to me, but not knowing how to clean up shattered glass in a food establishment is absolutely unacceptable. Glass was being picked up with hands, and it wasn’t until I said something that she took out all of the vegetable and bacon trays. They were going to leave some of them there overlooked, and I know that because they didn’t dump out the tomatoes or lettuce. They put them back?, mistake #3. I was trying to stay calm, and I did, I payed for my sandwich you exposed to shattered glass without throwing a fit, and didn’t have a cow over the fact that you put stuff with glass back. I payed and left. I really encourage you to look at the tapes and see what happened so you can train your staff in teamwork and how to work through these situations because it was obvious this person was embarrassed, confused and left hanging. And in case it isn’t common knowledge, throw the sandwich away, get a rag and pick up the glass, take out ALL the vegetables whether you think there is glass or not and dump it, clean the area and start over. I’ve worked in food service too and this is how we were trained. Luckily I looked through my sandwich and it I think it’s fine, but what would have happened if I actually swallowed glass? I’ve posted a pic of the broken bottle after they moved the major parts below.

We absolutely love JM. This location in the Colonies has changed. They hire employees they make you feel like a burden. They are so rude. Came here at 5:00 PM with my fiancé. Not busy and we were literally treated like crap. The guy making our mini sandwiches was so irritated. He was very rude. Won't ever come back to this location again. We live in the Colonies so this really stinks that we have to go to another JM. And it is really sad that these employees do not give a crap and treat their customers like a burden.

First time we went, there was OK because we had the regular subs. Then we came back a couple times for gluten free, and unfortunately, the bread was terrible, with holes in them, and not fresh. They really need to keep gluten-free in the freezer until ready to serve, one time they said they didn't have any gluten-free bread at all. There are so many people now with gluten, allergies, or Gluten sensitive. It happens to anybody any age unfortunately We have found a few places that have delicious gluten-free bread, so hopefully someday, Jersey Mike's. Will follow suit.

That sandwich maker Timmy makes a good sandwich. Good service too, he deserves to be tipped. This is my favorite spot for lunch
